Ange Postecoglou in running for yet another Premier League job as sack news revealed
Ange Postecoglou has endured a nightmare six months in football management.
Despite Tottenham lifting the Europa League back in May under his management, Daniel Levy decided to sack Postecoglou before his own exit was confirmed.
It didn’t take long for the Greek-Australian to return to the Premier League, however, with Evangelos Marinakis sacking Nuno Espirito Santo to hire his old friend.
That also ended in tears, with Nottingham Forest sacking Postecoglou after only 39 days, nearly breaking Premier League records in the process.
Despite that rollercoaster, it may not be long until the former Celtic man is back on the big stage.

Ange Postecoglou in running to replace Vitor Pereira as next Wolves manager
Wolves are in turmoil, and it isn’t showing any signs of improving.
The Molineux club only have two points from 10 Premier League games this season after crashing to another embarrassing defeat against Fulham on Saturday, losing 3-0.
Ironically, Spurs were one of the clubs to hand Wolves a point, drawing 1-1 in North London.
Wolves in the Premier League this season:
So, it should come as no surprise that Ben Jacobs has reported on 2 November that Vitor Pereira has finally been sacked by Wolves.
The news comes only a matter of weeks after the Portuguese manager had signed a new three-year contract at Molineux, which was called out at the time.

The betting market is already open on possible replacements for Pereira, with another former Celtic man, Brendan Rodgers, currently the 2/1 favourite after resigning from Parkhead this week.
Erik Ten Hag is next at 3/1 before a big jump to other possible contenders.
Postecoglou remains a distant outsider at this stage, sitting at 25/1 to take over the Old Gold, days after being linked with Leeds United, too.
Thomas Frank also under pressure?
It seems ridiculous to say, but the Lewis family have made it very clear that they are prioritising sporting success now more than ever at Tottenham.
Frank needs to get rid of a gutwrenching inconsistency at Spurs, and the 1-0 defeat against Chelsea on Saturday was simply embarrassing.
If the Dane doesn’t eventually want to end up like Pereira, he will need to find an answer to these drab home performances every other week sooner rather than later.
As for Postecoglou, surely he doesn’t return to the Premier League this soon again.
