Mohammed Kudus has delighted Tottenham fans with an adoring message during behind the scenes footage of his club medical.

Spurs have confirmed the £55million signing of the Ghanaian winger from London rivals West Ham in their biggest summer deal so far.

Kudus has taken the no.20 shirt and is set to star during head coach Thomas Frank's debut season.

The Europa League winners released footage of his arrival at the club, with Frank welcoming him before a medical.

A doctor then used a stethoscope to listen to his heart, and Kudus expressed his joy over the transfer with a playful comment.

"You'll find Spurs there," he said, with the doctor jokingly replying: "Yeah I find it... I can hear the cockerel now really clearly!"

Spurs fans made their excitement known on social media, with one X user saying: "Absolutely class he’s fully COYS [Come On You Spurs]."

"Heard enough, extend his contract," another commented.

A third added: "Man, he loves it already."

"Get on the back of my shirt NOW," a fourth said.

Upon his signing, Kudus revealed his hopes of a Champions League run with Spurs.

"I know how big the club is, the history and I’ve always wanted to play at the highest level in the Champions League as well, so it's a big moment for me," he said.

"I think the Champions League is one of the biggest stages in football.

"I've played a couple of games at Ajax so I have a bit of history and I know it’s top-level football and it requires a lot of quality and focus throughout the whole game.

"So I’m just hoping to use my individual ability to help the team go as far as we can."

Kudus has joined Mathys Tel, Kevin Danso, Luka Vuskovic and Kota Takai as five signings at Spurs this summer.

Frank's side are also interested in signing Morgan Gibbs-White from Nottingham Forest amid his £60m release clause.

However, talkSPORT understands Forest have issued a legal complaint over what they believe is an illegal move from Spurs.

Sources close to the club say owner Evangelos Marinakis is 'furious' with how Gibbs-White's potential move to Spurs has come about.

Forest say they never gave Spurs permission to hold talks with the 25-year-old midfielder.

They are also suspicious over a breach of confidentiality regarding his £60m release clause.

Insiders at the City Ground regard the deal as being off as it stands.

However, there is still a chance that the deal could later be revived depending on the outcome of Forest's complaint.

Gibbs-White reported for training on Monday having been given an extended break due to representing England on international duty last month.
