Cameron Campbell and Fabian Otte have joined Tottenham as Thomas Frank confirmed his first-team staff for the coming season.

Campbell has been appointed First Team Individual Development Coach at Spurs after 17 months as Head of Player Development at RB Leipzig in Germany.

His work there involved designing and delivering the Bundesliga club’s High-Potential Player Programme, for Under-17 through to first-team players, including a number of coaching innovation projects.

Prior to this, Campbell was Under-18s Lead at Rangers for three-and-a-half years. German Otte joins as First Team Goalkeeper Coach, having held the same role at Liverpool last season.

Prior to Liverpool, Otte was Head Goalkeeper Coach for the US Men’s National Team and for Borussia Monchengladbach, Burnley and Hoffenheim. Liverpool had announced his exit last week.

In addition, Stuart Lewis has been promoted from U18s Head Coach (a role he had held for four years) to First Team Academy Transition Coach, “aiding the development and integration of our young players into the senior set-up.”

Dean Brill has been promoted from Head of Academy Goalkeeping to First Team Assistant Goalkeeping Coach. Matt Wells, who joined Tottenham in April 2023 when Ryan Mason was in interim charge, will remain on the coaching staff as First Team Assistant Coach.

Meanwhile, Rob Burch has left the club after two years as First Team Goalkeeping Coach.

Last month we reported the arrival of Justin Cochrane (First Team Assistant Coach), Chris Haslam (Head of Performance & First Team Assistant Coach), Andreas Georgson (First Team Assistant Coach) and Joe Newton (First Team Coach Analyst) at the club with Head Coach Frank.
