We have been shortlisted for six awards across five different categories at this year’s Women’s Football Awards.

Following our impressive 2025/26 campaign to date, currently sitting fifth in the Women’s Super League table, the Club has received six nominations for the 2026 edition of this prestigious event.

Lenna Gunning-Williams and Toko Koga have both been shortlisted for the Young Player of the Year award.

Defender Toko joined us in the summer from Feyenoord and has become an integral part of our backline this season, featuring in all but one of our WSL games so far, and became our youngest ever WSL goalscorer when she scored her first goal for the Club in the 2-1 win over Liverpool in October, 2025.

Our Academy graduate Lenna has made 12 appearances in all competitions this term, with eight of those coming in the WSL, and, last month, she opened her account for the season, netting our final goal in the 3-1 victory over Leicester City in the fourth round of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup.

We have also been shortlisted for the Best Club of the Year award and the Club’s Foundation Girls and Women programme also recognised in the Best Grassroots Initiative award.

Off the pitch, we have also been shortlisted for Best Social Media and Legal Team of the Year.

The public voting for these awards are now open, so make sure to cast your votes via the link here.
