Dominic Solanke is available for selection as we face PSG in the UEFA Super Cup in Udine, Italy on Wednesday (8pm UK).

The striker has been sidelined with an ankle issue since 26 July and ruled out of our last four pre-season matches against Luton, Arsenal, Newcastle and Bayern Munich, but now returns as we take on last season's Champions League winners at Stadio Friuli, home of Udinese.

Speaking to SPURSPLAY at the stadium ahead of his press conference on Tuesday afternoon, Thomas gave us this update.

"The squad is in a good place, fitness wise, in a very good place, Touch wood, no more injuries in terms of what you fear, soft tissue injuries, and that means we’ve done well. They are fit, they are ready. The good thing is that Dom is back, we're positive about that, and Destiny is getting better, although not ready for the game. Bissouma has stayed at home due to disciplinary reasons, he’s not travelled."

Speaking later at his press conference, Thomas added: "Dom is the positive one, he’s available for selection tomorrow. That’s very good. Destiny is closer, and getting closer to training with the group. Bissouma has not travelled with the group for disciplinary reasons."
