Roberto De Zerbi takes his Tottenham side to Leeds United on Saturday looking to make it four Premier League wins in a row.

Spurs are flying high in the league, having secured wins over Coventry, Chelsea and Crystal Palace to climb up the table.

A hostile Elland Road is up next for the in-form north Londoners, and De Zerbi will be hoping his players come through a hostile environment with another three points just before the international break.

One of the big talking points heading into this weekend's showdown is whether Luca Williams-Barnett is handed his first Premier League start, with the highly-rated youngster impressing during his cameo appearance against Palace last weekend.

Here's the transcript from De Zerbi's press conference on Friday...

On team news

"Savio, Bergvall, Mudryk (are unavailable). Tosin is available. Yesterday he joined the group."

On facing Leeds United

"The focus is (solely) on Leeds. A very tough game. One of the toughest stadiums in the Premier League with the atmosphere of the fans. We can’t forget the beginning of the season and the last season as well."

"The intensity of Leeds is great, especially at home. They have a clear style of play. Not many teams defend as five but build up with four, especially on the right side. But we have the right qualities to play a good game. Our target is to play well and get the right result."

On securing European football next season

"We have many, many targets but we can’t move our focus game-by-game. We are not good enough yet to change the focus. We are building something special, the atmosphere in the dressing room, a clear style of play, the players are playing much better than in the beginning, but we started three weeks ago."

On the recent improvements

"We are a team. We are a strong team. Before United, we were playing well but not as a team. This makes the biggest difference in football. Now we think as a team, we play as a team, we help each other on the pitch. The qualities of players are now showing on the pitch. It is a different mood and different mindset. I am very happy for that, more than the results."

"I’m happy for the performance(s), for the behaviour. I think we can improve a lot in all aspects but we have to show that we are this 'Tottenham' for a long time. Tomorrow is a big test like Palace at home. Tomorrow is another test. A different test because the atmosphere is tough. We have to enjoy this atmosphere. We can’t wait to arrive."

On the change in fortunes since the Manchester United draw

"I think the day before Manchester United, we had a meeting where we spoke, just players and staff, like a family. The players were honest, we spoke about the problems and how we could change this season."

On if he will still be a manager at 70 years old

"I don’t know. I think it is the best job in the world if you love football. Nothing can deliver the emotion of being a coach, to manage players, but it is tough."

On Luca Williams-Barnett

“The pre-season, it was clear (he is) a special talent. You recognise the special talent immediately and he doesn’t need to show something special, you understand? Everything that he does (is enough) and he is one of the special talents. The next step he has to enjoy, he has to follow the older players, the players with more experience like (Andy) Robertson, (James) Maddison, Ben Davies and to find the time to play.

“It is my responsibility because when you manage young players and so big talents like Luca, it is a bigger responsibility for me. He has to be ready when he goes on the pitch. I think it (does) not depend on the result, he can play from the beginning. Before the Chelsea game, I thought to play with him in the first XI, but in the end you have to find the right moment and for them also. I think the age is not so important. The most important is the quality, personality, the behaviour on the pitch and the qualities. And Luca has all of these qualities.”
