The FAB provides a forum for supporter group representatives and elected members from different sections of our fanbase, inclusive and reflective of our diversity.

Supporter representatives meet with the Club’s Board and senior leadership four times per season to provide structured, strategic dialogue on matters affecting supporters and the long-term fan experience.

New supporter representatives

When the FAB was created in 2023, supporter representatives’ terms of office were deliberately staggered at 3 or 4 years, with the drawing of lots determining the length of each members’ initial term. The first three-year cycle has been served, with the following positions up for election:

Season Ticket Holders of the Men’s Team (democratically elected by constituency)

Official Supporters’ Clubs UK (democratically elected by constituency)

Official Supporters’ Clubs International (democratically elected by constituency)

Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust (democratically elected by THST members)

Proud Lilywhites (democratically elected by Proud Lilywhites members)

Spurs REACH (democratically elected by Spurs REACH members)

We are pleased to announce that the following supporter representatives will serve on the FAB for three-seasons, until the end of the 2028/29 season:

FAB welcomes Women of the Lane following majority vote of FAB supporter representatives

The Club keeps the FAB's membership under periodic review to ensure it remains balanced, representative and effective, while maintaining a size that supports productive discussion and decision-making. Following the latest review of the FABs membership, it was noted that Women of the Lane are the only supporters’ association not represented on the FAB.

The Club made a proposal for Women of the Lane to join the FAB to better reflect the diversity and breadth of the supporter community and to ensure the wide range of views and experiences of women’s supporters of the men’s team are enshrined within the Club’s fan engagement structure.

The proposal was subject to majority vote of the FAB supporter representatives. With Women of the Lane receiving a majority vote, we are pleased to confirm they will join the FAB from the 2026/27 season.

We look forward to working with Women of the Lane and welcome their contribution to the ongoing work of the Fan Advisory Board.
