The Fan Advisory Board (FAB) held its latest meeting on Tuesday 9 September at Lilywhite House, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

This was the first FAB meeting of the 2025/26 season, chaired by supporter representative Chair Chris Paouros, with the Club’s CEO Vinai Venkatesham in attendance.

Vinai provided updates on a range of activity, including recent changes to the Club’s leadership structure, the latest from the men’s and women’s teams, and the Club’s ongoing work and commitments to supporter engagement.

Following Vinai’s video update to supporters on Monday 8 September, he also reaffirmed to the FAB that the Lewis family are committed to the Club long-term and are ambitious for the future.

Supporter representatives welcomed the Club’s approach to provide more regular communication from the Board and senior management staff and were pleased with the recent updates provided to supporters across Club channels.

The agenda focused on items raised by supporter representatives, which included the ideas and initiatives proposed by the FAB to the Club’s Board of Directors, in February 2025.

The Club is fully committed to working with the FAB on these initiatives and provided updates of the ongoing work across the following areas during the meeting:

Providing more regular communications from the Board and senior staff at key points during the season

Creating behind-the-scenes content, giving supporters even greater insight into the vision, focus and day-to-day work of the men’s and women’s teams

Making atmosphere a strategic priority, working with supporters’ groups such as THFC Flags and the FAB atmosphere subgroup

Honouring the Club’s history & heritage, with the recent return of the Bill Nicholson Gates, plans for a revamped Hall of Fame and discussions on further opportunities at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Rewarding and recognising supporters, through the One Hotspur Moments programme and spotlighting our amazing supporters and their inspiring stories

Creating even more ways to engage with supporters, including our younger generation of fans and Official Supporters’ Clubs

Providing a greater profile for the FAB’s supporter representatives, ensuring that the fanbase know how to contact them

Holding further discussions on ticketing policies, including Ticket Share and concessions

Ensuring meaningful consultation with the FAB and THST on topics that matter most to our supporters

The Club will continue to update the FAB on progress at key intervals across the season, including through the established FAB subgroups, who meet on specialist topics such as ticketing, atmosphere & matchday experience, the women’s team supporter experience, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Two focus groups have also been created for One Hotspur Members and junior supporters aged 11-15.
