Fan Advisory Board holds meeting

The Fan Advisory Board (FAB) held its latest meeting on Monday 8 December at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

This was the second FAB meeting of the 2025/26 season, with supporter representatives joined by members of the Club’s Board, Executive Leadership, and Senior Management team.

The agenda focused on items raised by the supporter representatives, including ticketing, history & heritage, atmosphere, and a variety of supporter initiatives.

The FAB also discussed key updates from across the men’s and women’s teams, the Club’s new leadership and governance structures and the latest on supporter engagement across the league.

Updates were discussed on the following supporter initiatives:

Changes to Ticket Share: Following consultation with the FAB/THST Ticketing Group and a series of One Hotspur Members focus groups; the Club will be updating the Ticket Share service to provide Season Ticket Holders with the option of sharing their ticket with up to three non-members each season. Full details will be emailed to Season Ticket Holders in due course.

Trialling of atmosphere initiatives: The FAB Atmosphere Working Group continues to meet to discuss ideas and initiatives on matchday atmosphere. This included the trial of pyrotechnics, new flag displays and creating pre-match moments for fans to sing their favourite Spurs songs. The Club and FAB will collaborate on an initiative to bring vocal fans together in the South Stand lower tier for the Aston Villa FA Cup match.

A new mural dedicated to Heung-Min Son: The Club and FAB collaborated with Heung-Min Son to create a new mural dedicated to Sonny on Tottenham High Road, which was unveiled on 9 December.

Proposals on a new Hall of Fame and honouring the 1901 FA Cup anniversary: The Club and FAB have been engaging on plans to introduce a revamped Hall of Fame and to honour the 125th anniversary of the 1901 FA Cup triumph, with updates to be announced in due course.

Creating a statue at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium: The Club and FAB are consulting on plans to create the first statue at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with the FAB being invited to develop the process for engaging fans and a shortlist to determine who could be honoured.

First meeting of the new Junior supporters’ group: The first junior supporters’ group meeting was held in November, bringing together 10 young supporters aged 11-15 to share their feedback with the Club and to help shape the supporter experience for juniors. Further information can be found here.

The Club will continue to update the FAB on progress at key intervals across the season, including through the established FAB subgroups, who meet on specialist topics such as ticketing, atmosphere & matchday experience, the women’s team supporter experience, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Two focus groups have also been created for One Hotspur Members and junior supporters aged 11-15.
