Barcelona forward Ferran Torres has reportedly made a final call on his future, with both Arsenal and Spurs keen on the Spaniard.
Torres, who scored the winner for Spain against Argentina in the World Cup final, has been heavily linked with a move away from Barcelona throughout the transfer window.
The 26-year-old Valencia academy graduate has enjoyed success at Barca since arriving from Manchester City in 2022, winning three La Liga titles and one Copa del Rey, but this has not stopped him wanting a change ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.
Given his World Cup exploits, attention on Torres is at an all-time high, with reports suggesting Arsenal and Spurs had shown interest in the Spaniard.
Both North London clubs are looking to strengthen their attacks ahead of the September 1 deadline, with Torres seen as an affordable yet quality potential addition.
The ex-Valencia man was also said to be open to a return to England if the right opportunity arose.

Torres snubs Spurs and Arsenal for European move
However, on Sunday (August 9), TEAMtalk reported the striker has now agreed personal terms with European champions Paris Saint-Germain.
The outlet claims Barca and PSG have agreed on a £43million fee for Torres, who has one year remaining on his current deal.
“Once PSG made their approach,” Graeme Bailey reports.
“Torres spoke with head coach Luis Enrique and that conversation proved decisive.
“TEAMtalk understands that Torres subsequently made it clear that he wanted to join PSG, with the opportunity to work under Enrique and compete at the highest level in France proving more appealing than a return to England.”
Earlier in August, Torres was asked whether he expected to remain a Barcelona player, to which he replied: “I have a contract with Barcelona but, in football, you never know.
“We are waiting to make the right decision. Right now, all I know is that I have to be in training for Barcelona on 12 August. Let's see what happens.”
When further pressed on what Barca needed to do to retain his services, he added: “Show me they want me, come to negotiate.”
Then, speaking of interest from other clubs, he continued: “Every time these teams want you it's a good thing.
“You never know because in football everything can change in one minute, so I have to be ready for everything.”
Torres has registered 65 goals and 23 assists in 207 appearances for Barcelona. He will become part of an already stacked PSG attack alongside Ousmane Dembele, Kvicha Kvaratskhelia, Desire Doue and Maghnes Akliouche.
