Fluminense haven’t given up on signing Tottenham Hotspur’s Richarlison in the summer window.
The Brazil international was at Fluminense for 18 months before he was sold to Watford in August 2017. Bolavip Brasil state the Brazilian club have a dream of bringing the Tottenham player back to the club.
They are set to make fresh contact this week, likely with Spurs, to sign the 28-year-old. Fluminense aim to secure a loan with an option to buy, possibly including one of their own players as part of the deal.
Bolavip Brasil claim Fluminense are willing to offer youngsters, with Kauã Elias, a 19-year-old forward named.
The South American club have held talks with the forward’s representatives and found out he shows affection towards Fluminense, but his desire is to stay in Europe. Sources close to him state a return is ‘almost impossible’, also because Tottenham remain ‘resistant to negotiations’.
Spurs reportedly paid £50m plus bonuses to sign the attacker, who has a contract until 2027. They aren’t willing to sanction a move without guarantees, meaning the north London club prefer a sale.
Richarlison is also attracting interest from Saudi Arabia. Fluminense are aware they can’t match the Middle East clubs and hence, could offer their own players to convince Spurs.
