Supporters making the journey to the Emirates on Sunday for the North London derby should take note of the following information...
Kick-off is set for 4.30pm, with gates opening at 2.30pm.
Getting to the Emirates
Finsbury Park and Highbury & Islington stations are less than a 20-minute walk from the Emirates and are served by the following rail services:
Finsbury Park - Victoria line, Great Northern Rail
Highbury & Islington - Victoria line, Mildmay and Windrush lines, North London line, Great Northern Rail
Fans are advised to avoid interchanging at King’s Cross St. Pancras where possible as the station is expected to be very busy on Sunday.
Supporters should note that there will be reduced services on the Elizabeth line, with Greater Anglia services into Liverpool Street also affected.
Safety measures such as queueing systems, station closures, or changes to station entrances/exits may be necessary to manage crowds. Additionally, please note that Holloway Road station will be exit-only before and after the match with pre-match eastbound trains not stopping. Drayton Park is closed on matchdays.
We encourage fans to plan their journey ahead, allow extra time for their travel, and check TfL channels on the day for transport updates. Supporters travelling by National Rail services are encouraged to check www.nationalrail.co.uk before travelling.
Local parking
Fans are advised against driving. This is due to the limited parking availability around the stadium, which is situated in a mainly residential area with extensive traffic management plans and an Event Day Parking Scheme in operation on a matchday.
Only car owners with resident's permits will be allowed to park on-street nearby the stadium and any cars parked illegally will be towed away.
Entering the stadium
Visiting supporters will be located in the south-east corner of the ground, accessible via entrances K and L.
All supporters are encouraged to arrive as early as possible to allow stewards to conduct searches.
Accessibility
The dedicated accessible entrance is located to the right-hand side of Entrance K, and stewards will be on hand to provide assistance.
The Emirates has low level counters at kiosks, hearing loops, audio commentary and a sensory room.
Arsenal’s Access Guide can be found here…
Refreshments
Concourse catering kiosks will be serving food, hot and cold drinks and alcoholic beverages.
Cashless payments
The Emirates is a cashless stadium and accepts all major debit and credit cards.
Matchday programme
Supporters can purchase a matchday programme for £4 from sellers outside the ground. Programmes will not be on sale inside the ground.
Bag Policy
It is encouraged that supporters bring only essential items, and avoid bringing bags.
Bags A4 size and smaller are permitted into the ground, although will be subject to searches by stewards ahead of entry.
Please note that there will be no bag drop facility available for supporters on matchday.
Prohibited items
A full prohibited item list is available to view here.
Flags and banners
There is only a limited amount of space to display banners and flags within the stadium, and they must therefore be no larger than 1.5m in length and 2.5m in width.
Please note, as at other stadia in the UK and Europe, flags with religious / sectarian / political / inflammatory or offensive messages will not be permitted and may be confiscated. Flag poles are not permitted.
Supporters are also reminded of the Club’s own Flags and Banners Policy which is in effect at away matches.
Spurs Respects
We are proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away.
We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory or violent behaviour, including racist, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability shouting, chanting or actions, is unacceptable.
The Club reserves the right to indefinitely ban supporters found guilty of using discriminatory language or violent behaviour.
Unauthorised use of tickets
Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters found to have purchased tickets and subsequently sold or passed them on to other supporters, or offered for sale, will be subject to sanctions.
Supporters unable to attend
Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club shall make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of originally issued tickets.
