Tottenham Hotspur suffered their first defeat of the Premier League season before the international break against Bournemouth at home but have the chance to bounce back on matchday four as they take on West Ham United at London Stadium.

Thomas Frank will be looking to compound the pressure on Graham Potter, who has won just one match in four attempts in all competitions since the start of the season, while Spurs will look to continue a run of generally good form under the Dane.

Here is a look at their potential starting eleven against their crosstown neighbours.

Goalkeeper – Guglielmo Vicario is expected to get the nod in between the sticks once more.

Defenders – Djed Spence was in fine form for Tottenham before the international break and after debuting for England earlier this week, he might be slotted back into the team at his club at left back. Pedro Porro, on the other hand, was not too busy in the international break, so he will be fresh to feature at right back.

Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven are also likely to keep their berths in the heart of Spurs’ defence.

Kudus to start once more

Midfielders – Joao Palhinha has emerged as a regular fixture under Thomas Frank after joining Tottenham Hotspur on loan from Bayern Munich, so he may be set to feature from the word go once again, while Rodrigo Bentancur could also have minutes from the first whistle. Pape Mata Sarr has been in fine form as well, and he could round off Spurs’ trio in the engine room.

Forwards – Brennan Johnson is expected to continue on the left wing, while £55 million summer signing Mohammed Kudus may also get the nod on the right side of attack. Richarlison has been playing very well too, and he could round off an unchanged team for Tottenham at London Stadium by leading the time.

Here is a look at how the Lilywhites may feature on paper.
