Ange Postecoglou has named his Tottenham Hotspur side to take on Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

United and Spurs currently sit 14th and 15th in the table with two points separating them and a win would take the victor up into 12th. Tottenham have been going through an injury crisis and now United appear to be picking up some problems of their own in that department.

Postecoglou has experienced the rarity of not having a midweek match and has finally been able to enjoy various players returning to training at Hotspur Way this week after injury. Goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario is back between the sticks and James Maddison starts in midfield. Destiny Udogie, Brennan Johnson and Wilson Odobert are on the bench.

The Spurs boss finally has some options in a couple of positions, including between Ben Davies, Kevin Danso and Archie Gray in central defence and he has gone with the former two. Mathys Tel scored on his full debut against Aston Villa and the 19-year-old starts again in attack.

Here's the Tottenham team Postecoglou has selected:

Confirmed Tottenham XI: Vicario; Porro, Danso, Davies, Spence; Bentancur, Bergvall, Maddison; Kulusevski, Tel, Son.

Subs: Kinsky, Udogie, Gray, Sarr, Bissouma, Moore, Johnson, Odobert, Scarlett.
