Maguire, Sesko, Mainoo, Casemiro - Man United injury news after Tottenham draw

Ruben Amorim saw potentially three injury blows suffered during the dramatic draw against Tottenham in the Premier League

Manchester United snatched a point from their Premier League clash against Tottenham even with ten players on the pitch after suffering two injury blows. Bryan Mbeumo opened the scoring in the first half, but goals from Mathys Tel and Richarlison looked to have handed Spurs the points only for Matthijs de Ligt to equalise in the game's dying embers.

Ruben Amorim's side headed into the game unbeaten in four matches with consistency built from minimal changes to his starting XI. That changed slightly on Saturday with Noussair Mazraoui, Harry Maguire and Patrick Dorgu coming in for Diogo Dalot, Leny Yoro and Benjamin Sesko.

There was also a change on the bench with a minor issue seeing Kobbie Mainoo miss out. His absence saw United's injury list double with Lisandro Martinez the only absentee as he recovers from a serious knee injury.

In the space of 17 minutes at Spurs, that increased to four potential injury problems with Maguire appearing to injure his hamstring and Sesko trudging off to leave United with a man disadvantage as Amorim had made all his substitutions.

With that being said, MEN Sport has taken a look at the latest United injury updates and their potential return dates with the November international break on the horizon.

Harry Maguire

Maguire was captured on camera clutching his hamstring after a dual with Richarlison. He attempted to continue but clearly was in pain which saw him replaced by Yoro after 72 minutes.

Benjamin Sesko

Just over half-an-hour on from being introduced by Amorim, Sesko picked up an injury which saw him head straight down the tunnel. He seemed to suffer the problem when stretching to shoot as he swiftly sat down on the turf after that attempt before receiving treatment and subsequently limping off.

"We have to see but I think he has a problem," Amorim told TNT Sports after the game.

Casemiro

Amorim appeared to suggest that Casemiro could also not continue when explaining how injuries helped Tottenham start a comeback.

"With everything that happened, Harry has to come out, Casemiro has to come out and Ben," he said on TNT Sports.

Kobbie Mainoo

After not being spotted in Stockport for United's train down to London on Friday, Mainoo was unsurprisingly missing from the matchday squad. The Athletic later noted that a minor injury would see him miss the Tottenham match.

Lisandro Martinez

Having returned to team training at Carrington, Martinez is getting closer to a return from the serious knee injury suffered back in February.

"He wants to go to this one," the United head coach said of Martinez last week before the Forest match. "He is not going to, he is going to take time."
