The loanee has impressed at Ibrox this season with the club in the midst of a scrap for the title
Rangers loanee Mikey Moore has stated he wants to make a claim for a spot in Tottenham Hotspur's plans for next seasn.
The North London giants are in the midst of a relegation scrap and have axed their second boss of the season with Igor Tudor shown the door in the midst of the crisis. Defeat to relegation rivals Nottingham Forest before the international break leaves Spurs just a point outside the drop zone.
In contrast, teenager Moore has impressed on loan in the Scottish Premiership and emerged as a key man for Rangers in their bid to land the title. Gaffer Danny Rohl has admitted he would like to work out a deal for the wonderkid to remain in Glasgow next season.
But the 18-year-old's focus next season appears to be elsewhere, as he opened up about his future to Tottenham club media. He has endured a rollercoaster campaign from Russell Martin's nightmare tenure, to being dragged into a three-way title fight with Hearts and Celtic by boss Danny Rohl.
Reflecting on his time at Ibrox so far, Moore said: "I have had a bit of everything in four-five months and now we have got a chance to go and win a title. There is a title race going on, and at my age that is what you want.
"You want to be involved in them games and be under that pressure. It has kind of been perfect for me so far.
"Hopefully in April and May we are in a good position to push for the title. There are some huge games to look forward to."
Moore then dropped a major hint that his long-term future remained with Spurs - despite uncertainty over what division the club will play in next term.
Discussing his future, the wide man said: "I just want to go back to Tottenham and hopefully get myself a place in the team.
"Obviously we have got that experience of winning that trophy in the Europa League and that's what I want to do at Tottenham. I just want to bring them special moments to the fans, really."
