AC Milan are beginning to look into potential targets ahead of the January window, and a Tottenham striker is on their radar.

Milan spent over €70m combined to get Santiago Gimenez in January and Christopher Nkunku in the summer. Despite that investment, both of them are without a league goal so far in 2025-26, leading to many questioning the lack of a prolific No.9.

Solanke an option?

According to MilanLive, Milan are keen on signing a striker in the winter mercato and Dominic Solanke is a name on their list. The 28-year-old is currently at Spurs, who he joined from Bournemouth in the 2024 summer window in a deal worth €70m.

That investment has so far not been paid off, with 16 goals and eight assists in 48 appearances for the London club. Despite this, the Rossoneri have previously shown a willingness to sign players from the Premier League who are in a bit of a dip, and help them get back into forward.

Milan are currently pondering the idea of making a loan with option to buy bid for Solanke, but at present it is not known whether Spurs will let him leaving midway through the season, even if he is struggling a bit for form and fitness.
