Martin Ho reports that Molly Bartrip is back on the pitch and ‘training well’ but will miss Sunday’s Barclays Women’s Super League clash at Leicester City.

The defender has been unavailable for all our competitive fixtures in the 2025/26 campaign so far, having suffered an injury in pre-season, but has recently returned to individual training as she gets closer to a return to action.

Speaking in his pre-match press conference on Friday afternoon, Martin told the media: "Everyone is still in the same place as before. People are coming back into training, Molly is back on the pitch and training well.

“So, we are getting players back into training now. It will give me some headaches at some point, but those are headaches that you want. I want to make sure everyone is fit and healthy, and everyone is moving into that direction."

Experienced full-back Ashleigh Neville is in contention for the trip to the King Power Stadium having recovered from a knock suffered in pre-season. She has yet to feature for us this season.

Ella Morris and Luana Buhler remain long-term absentees.
