The centre-forward has featured regularly since joining us from Swedish side Hammarby IF in September, 2025, and has started every game in the current Women’s Super League campaign to date.

Cathinka, who grew up as a Spurs fan after visiting White Hart Lane in 2014, said: “It feels amazing, I've enjoyed every moment since I first came here. This gives me a lot of confidence and motivation to work even harder.

“I love the Club so I always play for the badge. To build a winning team takes time, but we're on our way and I think everyone wants to be a part of it. That's the most exciting thing.”

Our Head Coach Martin Ho said: “Cathinka brings qualities that are fundamental to what we demand from a forward. Her finishing ability, intelligent movement and link-up play allow her to both create chances and finish them. What adds real value is her commitment without the ball. She presses with intent, works hard for those around her and understands that leading our attack also means setting the tone for how we defend.

“This new contract reflects our belief in both the player she is and the player she can become. The next step is to develop greater consistency in the details that decide games, while protecting the instinct and conviction that make her dangerous. We want Cathinka to grow into someone who can influence our biggest moments, and we are committed to giving her the challenge, trust and support to do that.”

Known as ‘Tinka’, the 22-year-old was born in Oslo, Norway, and started out as a youth player at Heming and Stabaek, before joining Lyn at the age of 16. After moving to Sweden to join Linkoping in 2023, she scored 19 goals in her first season to win the league’s golden boot. A switch to Hammarby IF followed in 2024, where she enjoyed an impressive streak of scoring nine goals in 11 top-flight appearances.

She netted 19 goals in 37 appearances for Hammarby overall before joining us at the start of the 2025/26 campaign, where she promptly scored three goals in her opening five matches, including an outrageous 40-yard strike at Everton to open her account for us. She’s currently up to eight goals in 31 appearances in our colours.

Having represented Norway at Under-19 and Under-23 levels, Tinka is now a senior international for her country, with nine caps to her name to date.
