The 18-year-old forward featured regularly for our Under-18s in 2025/26 – his second season of full-time football – and was often among the goals, scoring 13 times in all competitions at that level, including a hat-trick in a 5-0 away win at Fulham in December.
He also featured in all seven of our Under-19 UEFA Youth League matches last term, scoring twice, and made his international debut for Guyana Under-20s.
A hard-working striker, Reiss first joined our Academy in the Under-9s and was part of our Under-17 Premier League Cup-winning side in 2024/25. He signed his first professional contract last summer.
