The Toon Army have been caught up in the Microsoft outage which has had a knock on effect at St James' Park
Newcastle United chiefs have warned fans wanting to transfer tickets for tonight's game to head to contact the Box Office.
With a full house expected at St James' Park for the clash against Tottenham Hotspur, the club have been caught up in the chaos caused by the Microsoft outage which has left millions without the internet.
A Newcastle statement ahead of the game read: "We’re aware that a Microsoft-related outage is causing problems for fans accessing our ticketing site.
"Season ticket holders looking to transfer a ticket for tonight’s game will be able to get help directly from our Box Office before 7pm on 0344 372 1892.
"Non-season-ticket-holders who haven’t yet downloaded their tickets, will be able to do so from the link in their confirmation email. Apologies for the inconvenience caused while we work to resolve this issue."
Microsoft said: "We have initiated the deployment of our 'last known good' configuration. This is expected to be fully deployed in about 30 minutes from which point customers will start to see initial signs of recovery.
"Once this is completed, the next stage is to start to recover nodes while we route traffic through these healthy nodes.
"Customer configuration changes will remain blocked during this time as we work towards mitigation. We will communicate to customers when this block is reverted."
