Notts County Land Promising Tottenham Hotspur Midfielder Tyrese Hall

We’ve got a mix of experience and now we’re bringing in young, hungry players from top academies. Hall might not be a household name, but if he’s anything like the players Spurs usually produce, we’ve got a real talent on our hands. It’s good that he’s already played some competitive games too. I’m quietly optimistic he’ll surprise a few people this season.

honestly, i get the reason why we want depth in midfield. it would help the defence by making sure the energy is there in the middle but the club needs to listen to the fans about ensuring we can get another striker. it is the most important signing they can make, but i am sure tyrese hall will prove himself to be a good signing.

I think we’ve got too many midfielders now. It feels like the club either doesn’t see the strength we already have or is worried about injuries. Having cover is useful, and I don’t blame Tyrese Hall at all. I hope he does well here.

Still, with so many midfielders, it’s hard to see how they’ll all get game time in the league.

I agree with Liam, we need a striker.

Never heard of Hall before this, but reading up on him, he seems like a promising lad. England U19 caps, solid showings in the EFL Trophy, and Spurs handing him a five-year deal says a lot. It’s always a gamble bringing in young players on loan, but he ticks a lot of boxes. If he can carry the ball through midfield and link play, he’ll be useful, especially when we come up against teams that sit deep. Hopefully he hits the ground running.

I think the club is being careful with the budget so we can strengthen properly in January. It’s like building up a bit of a war chest, ready to fix any problems later on without affecting the start of the season. The loan deals seem smart, and it looks like we’re paying part of the players’ wages, which might use up some of the wage budget. I reckon the reason we haven’t spent money on signings yet is because we’re saving it for a proper go in January. This new lad sounds like a real talent, and having more depth in midfield is a good thing, as long as players get minutes and there’s some rotation.

It appears that Tyrese is a versatile midfielder who is comfortable playing as a number 6, 8 or 10.

His signing will give Notts lots of options in midfield. I do wonder if it will mean that Notts might release or send on loan and existing midfielder.

Tyrese is the 11th signing of this transfer window & his recruitment once again demonstrates the owners intent for success at ML this season.

One thing's for sure, if Tyrese is as good as George Abbott & he comes to Notts highly rated by Spurs? Notts have signed a good one

I think it’s great that we’re signing young players and giving them a chance. We can’t always buy big names, and it’s smart to look for good players we can afford.

It helps the club save money too, which is important. If we can get someone with talent for a fair wage, that’s a good move.

We just need a striker now! But welcome to Notts County, Tyrese Hall!

I do think we’ve got a lot of midfielders now, but having options is always good for the manager. I’m sure Martin Paterson isn’t too worried, though I do wonder if he’d like another striker. The club should look at this properly, because even though Matthew Dennis looked sharp, I’d hate for us to regret not signing someone later on. Tyrese Hall might help with a few goals, so I wish him all the best.

On paper this sounds like an exciting signing of a player who has a great future ahead of him, I wish him well.

Like others I think we seem to have a surplus of midfielders now so I hope we concentrate on bringing in a striker before the deadline, although hopefully there might be a few goals coming from midfield this season.
