Tottenham Hotspur are currently in a situation which makes it tough for any footballer to commit themselves to the club.

Spurs are without a manager after deciding to sack Ange Postecoglou, and despite eventually qualifying for the UEFA Champions League due to winning the UEFA Europa League, question marks remain over what the future holds for Tottenham domestically, having lost 22 Premier League games last term.

Now, a transfer target in Randal Kolo Muani has suggested he has no interest in signing up for such an uncertain life at Tottenham.

Randal Kolo Muani claims he is “happy” at Juventus despite Tottenham interest

Spurs may have to cross the France international off their shortlist.

TBR Football understand Tottenham asked to be kept informed about Kolo Muani after approaching his representatives.

At the time, the striker’s future was “completely up in the air” as his loan spell from PSG neared an end.

Now, however, Kolo Muani has spoken glowingly about Juventus as he prepares to play in the FIFA Club World Cup, a competition PSG have allowed him to partake in after granting an extension to his loan.

The Frenchman told L’Equipe: “I’m very happy to have been able to play a little bit more, both with the national team and with my club. I am very happy at Juventus, I hope to continue there, they welcomed me and I’m enjoying it. I’m setting off with them for the Club World Cup.”

PSG paid £77m to sign Kolo Muani from Eintracht Frankfurt back in September 2023, and with a contract running until 2028, Juventus may need to agree another loan in order to keep the 26-year-old, or else he could be quite an expensive man to have on a permanent basis.

Attackers Tottenham are more likely to sign this summer

While a move for Kolo Muani no longer looks likely, there are a few other attackers who Spurs are in a better position to sign.

Tottenham are frontrunners to sign Tyler Dibling from Southampton this summer after the Saints were relegated, although Manchester United do hold an interest in the winger.
