He might have endured his fair share of injury woes this season, but Richarlison is quietly enjoying quite the goalscoring run in the Premier League.

While three separate injuries have seen Richy face quite the broken season, he has recently got himself on quite the run in the top flight in front of goal, which continued in Monday night's defeat to Nottingham Forest.

Giving us hope late on in the game with a powerful header to bring the scoreline to how it ultimately finished, 2-1, the forward scored his fourth goal in just his last five games - an incredible run considering injuries have seen him miss two thirds of the campaign to date.

Unavailable for 21 of our 33 Premier League games thus far, it has certainly been a difficult season for the Brazilian, but his recent run certainly shows the impact he can have when available.

A run which began back in January - something that perhaps highlights just how tricky a campaign it has been for our number nine - as we travelled to Everton, the forward bundled the ball home late in that game before registering against Leicester the following weekend.

Starting against Brentford immediately after that, a calf injury picked up in our League Cup semi-final second leg at Liverpool then saw him miss the next two months of action before he returned in our 4-2 defeat at Wolves just over a week ago.

He struck at Molineux, again bundling the ball across the line before he then found the target against Forest on Monday night. That goal being his 20th in our colours since his summer, 2022, switch from Everton.

It also marks the forwards best run of form for us since he scored nine in eight league games between December, 2023, and February, 2024.
