Richarlison's fine start to the season has been rewarded with an international call up to the Brazil squad for concluding FIFA 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Chile and Bolivia.

Our number nine netted a superb brace against Burnley in the Premier League opener, featuring an acrobatic second goal that drew comparisons to his scissor kick at the 2022 World Cup, to scoop the division's inaugural Player of the Gameweek and contributed an assist for Brennan Johnson's opener in our impressive 2-0 win at Manchester City last time out.

Having ended a 586-day absence for Brazil with a start against Ecuador during the previous international break in June, Richy then earned his 50th cap in a 1-0 over Paraguay as Carlo Ancelotti's side sealed their spot at next summer's major tournament in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Selected for successive Seleção squads in 2025, the five-time World Cup winners round off their CONMEBOL qualifying campaign by hosting Chile at the Maracanã on Friday 5 September (kick-off 1.30am UK) before a trip to Bolivia five days later (12.30am UK) looking to secure second spot behind group winners Argentina.
