Tuttosport have reported that Spurs are looking to strengthen their centre-back options and have identified Bremer as a potential target.
The report also claims that Bremer could go on to replace Cristian Romero, whose future at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium remains increasingly uncertain, with Manchester United mentioned as a potential destination.
Bremer is reported to be valued at around €58million (£50million) this summer.

Spence wanted
Juventus have reportedly expressed an interest in signing Tottenham star Djed Spence this summer.
Spence is currently with the England squad ahead of this summer’s World Cup and is now being linked with a move away from Spurs.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, via TuttomercatoWeb, Spence has been identified by Juve as the player they want to sign to strengthen their full-back department.
The report claims that Andrea Cambiaso could head for the exit door at the Serie A giants, with Spence mentioned as the player they want to replace the full-back in the event of a departure.
