Luca Williams-Barnett is expected to be a part of the Tottenham matchday squad to take on Leeds this weekend - but should the talented teen start?
Roberto De Zerbi has been urged to consider starting Tottenham wonderkid Luca Williams-Barnett against Leeds United on Saturday.
The 18-year-old made his Premier League debut against Crystal Palace and certainly made an impact in front of the supporters inside Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. After coming on for Mathys Tel with a few minutes of the match remaining, the Spurs academy graduate showed his speed and skill as he whizzed past two Palace defenders and crossed for Mohammed Kudus, who really should have scored.
Williams-Barnett was described by De Zerbi as a "great talent" after the match and Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard insisted the teenager was "one to watch".
With Tottenham making it three wins in a row in the Premier League with the win over Palace, attention now turns to Leeds United at Elland Road on Saturday. Williams-Barnett will likely be in the squad, at the very least, and De Zerbi must decide whether to start the youngster from the off or perhaps bring him off the bench if needed.

football.london ran a poll this week asking fans the following: Should Spurs hand Luca Williams-Barnett his full debut against Leeds? In total there were 3134 responses.
A huge 65 per cent of voters said yes - he deserves a chance. 34 per cent of those who took part voted no - there's' no rush, while the remaining 1 per cent were unsure.
At this stage it is unclear whether De Zerbi will hand Williams-Barnett his full debut, although the teenager was spotted in training at Hotspur Way this week with the rest of the first team.
"When I work, when I have young, talented players, for me nothing changes," De Zerbi said of the teen. "I thought it was the right moment for him. Because it is his first game in the Premier League. But his qualities, he is a big, big talent.
"He is a very, very great talent. Very young, but a great talent."
