The Blues will look to bounce back from our disappointing defeat to Manchester City when we travel to north London to face Spurs on Sunday.
And Bompastor provided the latest on England duo Beever-Jones and Bronze during today's press conference ahead our trip to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Bompastor said: 'Lucy won't be in the squad for the weekend and we are still assessing Aggie to see if she will be in the squad. We still have two training sessions before the game."
On Bronze, she later added: 'We're still assessing options for her to make the right individual decision.'
Bompastor also used the press conference to clarify some of her previous comments around squad depth.
The head coach explained she was referring to the fact that the Blues have had key players missing from key positions for lengthy spells of the season.
And when asked whether Chelsea's injury problems had been underplayed by those outside of the club, Bompastor replied: 'For sure. In certain positions, key players are missing, especially in the forward position.
'Sam Kerr has been back on the pitch and performing well, but she hasn't played for two years, so patience is needed as she regains her best level. She is working hard, helping the team and scored some great goals, but maybe we don't have the depth in that position to rotate her.
'Aggie Beever-Jones started really well but has struggled with injuries [this season] and has not been available for the whole season.
'We have Mayra Ramirez as well, who hasn't played since the beginning of the season. These players contributed significantly last season to our success.
'This situation isn't limited to forwards; other positions have been affected too. While we have a lot of quality, when you have to rotate and bring different profiles into games in a way to change the game, you sometimes miss certain profiles.'
Ramirez has not played for the Blues this season, after suffering a hamstring injury during our pre-season game with AC Milan that required surgery.
The Colombian international had hoped to return to training earlier this week but has suffered a minor setback.
Bompastor explained: 'Mayra was supposed to return in the last few days but picked up a little calf injury during rehab, so there's no timeline yet.'
Our recent defeats to Man City and Arsenal mean we are now 12 points behind the Cityzens at the top of the WSL.
But there are still eight games - and 24 points - up for grabs in the WSL, while we have a League Cup final, Champions League quarter-finals and our FA Cup defence to look forward to this season.
And Bompastor said: 'The target [in the WSL] is different now, but it's still achievable in terms of points. We are all competitors and see this as a challenge. We know we need to win games and get points.
'Sunday's game is crucial. We're not used to losing two games in a row, and there's a lot of noise around Chelsea because of our past success. But we have the quality to bounce back and are confident we'll do a great job on Sunday.'
