The goalkeeper has been out since undergoing surgery to repair a hernia during the international window in March.
That means the Italy international will miss his fifth successive match after missing only three of the previous 45 - with Antonin Kinsky in outstanding form since stepping up at Sunderland on 12 April.
Speaking at his pre-Leeds press conference at Hotspur Way after training on Thursday, Roberto was asked for the latest on Vicario. "He's not ready yet," said Roberto. "I don't know the plan... he's suffering because he would like to help his team-mates, but he's not available yet."
Dominic missed our 2-1 win at Villa Park on Sunday after picking up a hamstring injury during our 1-0 win at Wolves the previous week, 25 April.
Asked for an update on the striker, Roberto added: "He's improving quickly, I don't know for this game, we hope for the next game at Stamford Bridge."
Otherwise, Roberto reported no further issues. "I'm happy because we are working well with all the players, another very important week, and we have no problems."
Dominic and Vic are joined on the sidelines by Xavi Simons, Cuti Romero, Mo Kudus, Deki Kulusevski, Wilson Odobert and Ben Davies.
