Thomas Frank's future at Tottenham Hotspur remains uncertain following another defeat in the Premier League. Spurs suffered a 2-1 defeat to West Ham in Saturday's top-flight match, leaving them in 14th place in the league table.

West Ham took the lead at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium thanks to a goal from Crysencio Summerville, before Cristian Romero levelled for Spurs. However, it was Callum Wilson who had the final say, netting the winning goal for the visitors during injury time.

Tottenham have endured a tough run of form in recent weeks, with just one victory from their last seven Premier League fixtures, a run dating back to mid-December, reports football.london

BBC Sport has shed some light on Tottenham's current stance regarding Frank's tenure at the club. It is suggested that the Spurs board are in discussions over Frank's future, although no definitive decision has been announced yet.

The report also indicates that there have been concerns about Frank's role as manager among some members of Tottenham's hierarchy for several weeks now.

During Tottenham's loss to West Ham, sections of the home crowd in North London voiced their frustrations towards Frank, with chants of 'You're getting sacked in the morning' echoing around the stadium.

When quizzed about the reception he received from the Spurs faithful, the Tottenham boss offered a candid assessment of the situation.

"Of course, I've probably had better times, it's probably not the best time, of course. But I understand, I'm the man in charge. So the blame will go to me,” Frank said.
