Ticket Information

Our allocation is 3,077, including 30 wheelchair and 30 ambulant tickets (all with a complimentary personal assistant ticket). The majority of our allocation is safe standing. Any supporters who are not able to stand throughout the match can request a seated ticket by following the instructions in the successful email by 10am on Monday 5 October. Alternatively, supporters can email Ticket.Office@tottenhamhotspur.com to request a seated ticket.

For this fixture, tickets will be issued digitally. Successful applicants will receive an email during the week of the match containing a download link for their ticket, which can be added to an Apple, Google or Samsung Wallet. A link will be sent directly to each successful Season Ticket Holder rather than the lead applicant. Supporters who do not have a compatible device can submit a paper ticket request by following the instructions in the successful email by 10am on Monday 5 October. Paper tickets will only be available to collect from Stamford Bridge on the day of the fixture on the production of photographic ID.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, please follow the instructions in the successful email no later than 10am on Monday 5 October. If you find out you are unable to attend after the deadline, please email Ticket.Office@tottenhamhotspur.com and we will attempt to reallocate your ticket to an eligible supporter. A refund will only be issued upon its reallocation in this case.

Unauthorised Use of Tickets

Supporters found to have passed on or sold a ticket for face value or below will receive a written warning and a 50 per cent reduction of Ticketing Points. Supporters found to have sold a ticket for above face value will receive an indefinite ban and loss of all Ticketing Points.

To tackle this misuse, the Club reserves the right to randomly select supporters to collect their away match tickets from the host venue on the day of a match. In such situations, the host venue will be instructed to only release individual tickets only to the named ticket holder as advised by Tottenham Hotspur.
