Leeds United are expected to be intensifying talks over a permanent deal for Manor Solomon in the next few weeks – but Tottenham Hotspur fans have a message for Daniel Levy regarding the winger.
Solomon sparkled for Leeds last season. Michael Bridges underlined the risk in signing Solomon initially, given he had not played for a year when joining the club on a season-long loan from the London club.
After a tricky first half to the season, Solomon came good in the second half of the campaign and ended up with 23 goals and assists. After the turn of the year, Solomon laid on 16 involvements in 22 games.
Of course, Solomon scored the winning goal that clinched the Championship title and for that reason among many, Leeds fans want him signed. Leeds are confident they can get a deal done for Solomon.
Tottenham fans react to the latest Manor Solomon reports
Solomon is said to prefer a move to Leeds over Everton and Southampton, while reports of interest from Marseille have been rubbished by sources close to Sacha Tavolieri. Now, a new update on Solomon.
Reports say that Solomon has been told to leave Tottenham this summer. Spurs are expected to bring in some big-name players this summer given the club have qualified for the Champions League next term.
Spurs fans responded to the news that Tottenham and Daniel Levy have informed the Israel captain to leave the club – and it appears that supporters think their club are making the wrong Solomon decision.

Solomon managed just six appearances for Spurs before tearing his meniscus in 2023-24, and one fan urged Levy to keep the winger because he had not been “given his chance” following his move to Spurs.
Another Spurs fan claimed that right now, “Solomon is better than any left-winger at the club”. A big claim considering Spurs boast Son Heung-min, Timo Werner and Mathys Tel as left-sided attackers.
The comparison between Solomon and Tottenham players continued, with one posting “Solomon is better than Tel so no idea why we’d sell him”, while another said he “likes Solomon” as takes on players.
How much Daniel Levy wants for Manor Solomon’s signature
Spurs signed Solomon on a free transfer from Shakhtar Donetsk thanks to the Ukraine club having to let their players go in 2023. It comes after an impressive loan at Fulham, in which he scored against Leeds.
That means any fee Spurs receive for Solomon will be pure profit and benefit the club’s position when it comes to PSR. It is claimed that Spurs want between £15m and £20m for Solomon in the coming months.
It seems a fair price that suits all parties, even if Spurs fans are coming round to the idea of Solomon in a Spurs shirt next season. For Leeds, signing Solomon has got to be a summer priority ahead of next term.
