Despite splashing out a club-record amount this summer Tottenham's transfer business appears far from complete
It's already been a blockbuster summer for Tottenham - and there could still be more to come. Spurs have shattered their previous spending totals by parting with an unprecedented £237million on new arrivals, headlined by the club-record £100million signing of Sandro Tonali.
Roberto De Zerbi's side have also invested £85m in Matheus Fernandes and £52m in Jan Paul van Hecke, whilst adding Andy Robertson, Marcos Senesi and Martin Dubravka on free transfers. Yet despite that lavish outlay, Tottenham continue to be linked with several high-profile targets, suggesting the rebuild is far from complete.
The club's ambition could kickstart a dramatic shift after successive seasons spent battling relegation. With De Zerbi now at the helm, Spurs are determined to re-establish themselves as contenders for Champions League qualification and should they land all remaining targets, their total outlay could exceed £400m, edging close to Liverpool's record-breaking £446.5m spend last summer.
With less than a month of the transfer window still to run, football.london takes a look at three deals that could be completed as Tottenham aim to cap off one of their boldest and most exciting summers in recent memory.

Savinho - £60m
Tottenham are stepping up their pursuit of out-of-favour Manchester City winger Savinho, with a deal worth around £60m on the cards. The Brazilian has struggled to establish himself at the Etihad Stadium, managing just two Premier League goals across two seasons.
Despite those difficulties, Spurs believe the 22-year-old still possesses the talent to thrive in the right environment and are keen to offer him a fresh start. City are understood to be holding out for around £67m, underscoring their faith in his long-term potential.
However, Tottenham are optimistic they can strike a compromise closer to the £60m mark. They may also be encouraged by City's reported interest in Chelsea winger Pedro Neto. This move would suggest Enzo Maresca's side are already preparing for life without Savinho, who is understood to be very open to a move to North London.
Cody Gakpo - £70m
Tottenham's interest in Liverpool forward Cody Gakpo is intensifying as De Zerbi looks to add Premier League-proven firepower to his ranks. According to reports, direct talks between the two clubs have opened, with a £70m move in the pipeline.
Gakpo, 27, has been a regular in Liverpool's first team since joining from PSV in 2023, but his long-term future at Anfield has become increasingly uncertain with Alexander Isak and Hugo Ekitike now ahead of him in the attacking pecking order, combined with Liverpool's interest in marquee forwards such as Bradley Barcola.
The Reds are not actively pushing Gakpo out the door, but they are understood to be willing to listen to offers that match their valuation. Liverpool initially placed a £75m price tag on the versatile forward, although Tottenham believe a deal can be reached for slightly less.
Giorgio Scalvini - £42m
Tottenham might have already signed Van Hecke and Senesi this summer, but it appears their hunt for new centre-backs isn't over yet. Atalanta's Giorgio Scalvini has emerged as a top target, with the highly-rated Italian reportedly available for £42m.
Scalvini is understood to be keen on a move to the Premier League and open to joining Spurs, although they could face competition from the likes of Chelsea and Newcastle for his signature. Tottenham's long-standing interest in the 22-year-old has intensified following Cristian Romero's expected departure.
They have reportedly already contacted Scalvini's representatives to explore a potential deal. However, Atalanta are standing firm on their valuation and have made it clear that they will not consider offers below £42m.
