Thomas Frank’s Tottenham are interested in acquiring the services of Real Sociedad midfield sensation Luka Sucic.

According to a report from Fichajes, Luka Sucic could be heading to the Premier League amidst interest from Tottenham Hotspur. The North London club are looking to add more quality to their midfield, and they are believed to be massive admirers of the Croatian international.

Sucic made a name for himself at Red Bull Salzburg before joining Real Sociedad in the summer of 2024 for just €10 million. He didn’t really take long to adjust to life in Spain and had an impressive debut campaign.

The 23-year-old was involved in a total of 40 matches and ended up contributing towards five goals in less than 2,500 minutes of first-team action. While he has put in impressive performances every now and then, Sucic has yet to establish himself as a regular starter.

Sociedad do have massive expectations from the young midfielder, but he might not be around for long amidst interest from top clubs across Europe. The Croatian international’s recent comments about his future didn’t go down well with the Spanish club’s fans.

Tottenham could make a move for Sucic

While he did apologise and has shown his commitment to Sociedad, he could actually end up joining a bigger club in the near future. Tottenham have emerged as a potential destination for the 23-year-old.

There are other top clubs in the mix, but Spurs seem to be front-runners at this stage. Thomas Frank is keen on having more quality and depth in the centre of the park. The club wants to bring in a young player with European experience, and Sucic fits the bill.

His versatility and his ability to adapt quickly to a new league attract Spurs. They believe the Croatian international can become an integral part of their project in no time.

His contract at Sociedad runs until 2029, and ideally, they would want him around for years to come. However, if the player looks to leave, the Spanish outfit would be willing to let him leave for €25 million.

Tottenham shouldn’t have much trouble meeting their demands. If the player continues to put in consistent performances for club and country, the North London club could soon table an offer.
