Tottenham fell to a 2-1 away loss against Fulham on Sunday afternoon, dragging them into the fight for survival
Things are not getting better for Tottenham Hotspur with defeat against Fulham leaving them still looking over their shoulder towards the Premier League relegation zone.
Igor Tudor’s side found themselves 2-0 down at half-time at Craven Cottage thanks to goals from Harry Wilson and Alex Iwobi. Richarlison reduced the deficit to 2-1 in the 66th minute, but Spurs were unable to complete the comeback.
The result leaves them in 16th place in the Premier League table, just four points clear of the drop zone. Spurs will hope to avoid being dragged further into the relegation zone over the next few weeks with fixtures in all competitions coming thick and fast.
With so much riding on results both at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and elsewhere, eyes will be on how other teams in and around the bottom half of the table are getting on.

With that in mind, here’s a look at what’s on the horizon for Spurs and some of their Premier League rivals for the next five games...
Leeds United (15th place, 31 points)

There’s no real standout game for Leeds over the next few weeks, until they resume their rivalry with a resurgent Manchester United after the international break. Leeds will be hoping to use the run of fixtures to move them further away from the bottom three.

Vs Atletico Madrid (A) - Tues 10 March (8pm) - Champions League
Vs Liverpool (A) - Sun 15 March (5.30pm) - Premier League

Vs Nottingham Forest (H) - Sun 22 March (2:15pm) - Premier League
There are a few big games coming up for Tottenham in the next few weeks, the trip to Liverpool is sandwiched between their Champions League round of 16 clash against Real Madrid, although Arne Slot’s team will be in a similar situation. The clash against Forest after the second leg could be a crucial one in the fight for survival.
Nottingham Forest (17th place, 27 points)

Vs Midtylland (H) - Thurs 12 March (8pm) - Europa League
Vs Fulham (H) - Sun 15 March (2pm) - Premier League

Vs Tottenham (A) - Sun 22 March (2:15pm) - Premier League
Like Spurs, Forest are also in European action this month with their clash against Midtylland falling either side of a home game against Fulham. Then follows the crucial clash at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Spurs may also be hoping that Man City can do them a favour midweek.

West Ham (18th place, 25 points)

It’s a mixed bag for West Ham, they may be targeting games against Fulham, Brentford and Wolves. Villa have had some struggles of their own in recent weeks, though, with the Hammers looking to take advantage. Man City could again do Spurs a favour when they travel to the London Stadium in the middle of March.
