Tottenham Hotspur are preparing to part ways with Richarlison this summer, with the striker no longer in the club’s plans.
According to Brazilian journalist Jorge Nicola, Spurs are actively looking to sell the 27-year-old and have been engaged in transfer discussions in recent weeks.
Nicola reports in his latest YouTube video that clubs from Saudi Arabia have been in contact with Richarlison’s camp for over a month.
However, Galatasaray have now entered the picture and are expected to submit an official offer later this week.
While no deal has been finalised yet, talks remain open and it’s seen as a serious option for the player, especially as Tottenham may adopt a “sell to buy” strategy during this window.
Nicola also mentions that a return to Brazilian football has already been ruled out, with European and Middle East clubs now taking the lead in negotiations.
The Brazilian forward is under contract with Tottenham until June 2027 but hasn’t come close to justifying his €55m price tag since arriving from Everton.
In the 2024/25 season, he scored five goals and provided two assists in 24 appearances – a further decline compared to previous years in North London.
With Spurs open to offers and the player assessing his options, Richarlison’s future should become clearer in the coming weeks.
