Tottenham took on Sydney in their third match of pre-season with a 4-2 penalty shoot-out win after a 1-1 draw and here are our Spurs player ratings.
Roberto De Zerbi named a starting team with youth at the back and in midfield with more experienced attackers to take on their Sydney hosts at the Allianz Stadium.
Richarlison, Mathys Tel, Conor Gallagher and Ben Davies all came into the side along with Lucas Bergvall but Mateus Fernandes is having his training and game time managed while James Maddison, Destiny Udogie, Dominic Solanke, Micky van de Ven, Kevin Danso and Jan Paul van Hecke also missed out.
Mathys Tel opened the scoring for Spurs with a pinpoint free-kick 29 minutes in, curling the ball into the top right corner of the net.
Sydney equalised 10 minutes into the second half as Spurs substitute Kota Takai made an interception which turned into a perfect pass for Takahiro Sekine, who ran through and scored.
Luca Williams-Barnett, Sandro Tonali, Andy Robertson and Dane Scarlett all scored their spot kicks in the shoot-out to ensure Spurs won on the night.
Here are our Spurs player ratings from the game:
Martin Dubravka
Made a good early full length save from Youlley's effort but was almost beaten by a Macallister strike from his own half before the same play dinked an effort over him that rolled wide. Couldn't stop Sekine from equalising but did save in the shoot-out. 7
Rio Kyerematen
The midfielder at left-back had a couple of nervy moments in defence early on but looked good going forward with a couple of shots. Switched to the right after the hour mark and looked even better on that side. 6
Ben Davies
Brought his experience to the young backline and didn't do much wrong before departing at half-time. 7
Malachi Hardy
Let in Macallister for a late chance in the half but otherwise did well. Played 80 minutes in another promising display. 7
Tye Hall
Another midfielder at full-back. Tried to get forward as much as possible and almost set up Kyerematen for a chance. Came off after an hour. 6
Archie Gray
Captaining the side again despite the older players' return. Looked composed and played a great first-time pass to Hall later in the half. Got an hour under his belt. 7
Lucas Bergvall
His first minutes of pre-season amid the speculation around his future. Solid without being spectacular and another who came off at half-time. 6
Manor Solomon
Always dangerous. Made a good run before setting up Gallagher early on and picked out the same player to hit the post as the half wore on. Had a big pack of ice on his thigh after coming off. 7
Conor Gallagher
Wasteful. Fluffed a shot in space in the box from Solomon's low ball, with his effort looking to be heading wide before hitting a defender. Couldn't can't take advantage of a keeper's kick hitting his back as he curled the loose ball wide under pressure. Hit the right-hand post soon after from Solomon's pass. In the second half he embarked on a couple of promising runs but failed to use the ball at the end of them. Needs to be better. 5
Mathys Tel
Looked to get at the full-back whenever he had the ball and opened the scoring with a cracking free-kick just before the hour mark. Came off at the break. 7
Richarlison
Barely touched the ball until a clever backheel to Gallagher on the halfway line towards the end of the half. Didn't get any better before coming off at the hour mark as Spurs struggled to get him the ball. 4

Sandro Tonali
Industrious and had an effort from the edge of the box that the keeper saved. Hit an excellent penalty in the shoot-out. 7
Kota Takai
Unfortunate to play the perfect pass to Sekine with his interception falling for his compatriot. Otherwise did well enough. 6
Luca Williams-Barnett
Looked bright from the off after coming on for the second half, leaving his marker for dead most of the time and hitting the crossbar early on. Set up Tonali for an effort in the 66th minute and then Robertson later on before having a couple of chances himself. Probably Spurs' best player on the night and scored a ridiculously impudent and slow panenka penalty. 8
Andy Robertson
First minutes as a Spurs player and took the armband. Set up Yang twice with dangerous crosses and had an effort saved himself. Showed what he will bring going forward that Udogie doesn't while not being tested at the other end. Scored a fine spot kick in the shoot-out. 8
Mason Melia
Had a couple of frustrating moments when the ball just wouldn't fall for him or Scarlett took it off him in another. 5
Dane Scarlett
Came on in a role just behind Melia, while occasionally alongside him. Took the ball off him at one point and wasted it but did score the winning penalty with a low effort. 6
Yang Min-hyeok
Had a chance to score twice from Robertson's crosses but sent one wide and the other over. Wasteful but busy. 5
Jamie Donley
Did well after coming on alongside Tonali, helping him control the midfield. Saw his penalty in the shoot-out saved well. 6
Tyler Tingey
Came on for Kyerematen for the final 10 minutes. N/A
