Tottenham have confirmed Tosin Adarabioyo and Mykhailo Mudryk’s shirt numbers at the club after the completion of their transfers from Chelsea.

The former has been signed a permanent deal worth up to £12million, while Mudryk arrives on a season-long loan deal, with Spurs having the option to buy for £75m.

There were a handful of shirt numbers up for grabs for the new signings, but after Kevin Danso’s loan move to Sunderland, Tosin has been handed the No4 shirt.

This was the defender’s shirt number at Chelsea, though at former clubs he has worn a range of shirt numbers including: 24, 16 and 38.

Mudryk, meanwhile, who has been reunited with Roberto De Zerbi - who he played under at Shakhtar Donetsk - has been handed the No27 shirt at Spurs.

The winger is looking to get his career back on track after a doping ban was cut short on appeal in July, describing the move across London as “a great feeling”.

He said: I can't wait to start training and playing for the club, and I'm so excited to be reunited with Roberto De Zerbi.

"I'm a player who brings speed and creativity, and I want to help in both the offensive and defensive areas. I want to make the fans excited.”

De Zerbi said: "Having worked with Misha earlier in his career, I know exactly what he can bring to our team.

"He has the quality to change a game with his speed and ability in one-vs-one situations, and is an exciting, attacking talent.“

Mudryk and Tosin will join a raft of big signings like Omar Marmoush, Savio, Mateus Fernandes and Sandro Tonali for Spurs this summer.
