Tottenham are without Mohammed Kudus for tonight’s visit of Copenhagen in the Champions League.
However, Djed Spence is fit enough for the bench.
The pair started in the weekend defeat to Chelsea but have picked up knocks and took no part in open training with their team-mates on Monday afternoon.
However, Thomas Frank suggested the issues were not serious, but only one is named in the matchday squad.
The Spurs boss said: "Djed and Mo got a knock. They could and should be available for tomorrow."
Lucas Bergvall has been ruled out of this match and Manchester United's visit to north London on Saturday with concussion.
Frank does have Destiny Udogie and Cristian Romero back after they came off the bench against Chelsea and both return to the starting lineup here.
The midfield options are becoming increasingly thin, with Archie Gray still out with a calf issue and Bergvall now unavailable.
Frank has repeatedly turned to the midfield partnership of Joao Palhinha and Rodrigo Bentancur, but Palhinha has played 90 minutes in all five of Spurs' matches since the international break and is rested.
Spurs need Xavi Simons to find form and Frank will hope this is the game where it happens, while Wilson Odobert is handed a start.
