Manchester United take on Tottenham Hotspur on the road in Saturday’s early Premier League kick-off.

Ahead of the game, manager Ruben Amorim has an injury-free squad at his disposal.

Lisandro Martinez is the only player who won’t be in contention to face Spurs.

The Argentine has just returned from a lengthy knee injury lay-off. He could be given more time on the training ground and could make his comeback after the international break.

Looking at possible changes for Saturday, we anticipate Mason Mount and Patrick Dorgu will come into the starting line-up, with Benjamin Sesko and Diogo Dalot dropping to the bench.

We believe there could be one more change in the heart of the defence. Harry Maguire was back in the matchday squad last weekend after missing the Brighton & Hove Albion game due to injury.

The £11.4 million-rated star did not play a single minute against Nottingham Forest at City Ground, but could be reinstated into the starting XI against Spurs, having ‘trained this week‘ at Carrington.

Spurs have a good recent record against United, with five wins and two draws in their last seven outings. The Red Devils have lost four in a row, including the 2025 Europa League final in Bilbao.

Tottenham’s main goalscoring threat this season has come through centre-back Micky van de Ven, who has already netted six times. Three of those goals have come through headers in the box.

Matthijs de Ligt has done incredibly well in aerial challenges this campaign, but Amorim may want the extra assurance of Maguire, who tends to bring out his best during the big matches.

The experienced ace has won an impressive 70 percent of his aerial duels this campaign. He could nullify Van de Ven’s set-piece threat and also provide a scoring outlet, as he had against Liverpool at Anfield.

We anticipate Maguire to start in the middle of the back three on Saturday with Matthijs de Ligt and Luke Shaw on either side of him. Leny Yoro looks the likely candidate to drop to the bench.
