It seems like Tottenham Hotspur are desperate to sign Savinho this summer.

Thomas Frank is a huge fan of Savinho, as it is believed that the Dane informed Spurs’ board that he is tailor-made to play in his system.

Considering the Dane worked with Bryan Mbeumo at Brentford, it seems as if he likes direct wingers who are proficient at beating their man.

Pep Guardiola pinpointed Savinho’s “incredible” talent but much like Mbeumo, who scored 20 goals in the Premier League last season, he would be hoping to become more decisive in the final third as well.

Tottenham plan to launch third bid for Savinho

However, young widemen like Savinho take time before mastering their game in the final third.

The former Troyes attacker’s first season in England suggests he could become a star one day.

Tottenham seem to realise that is the case, bidding R$ 441.6 million (£60.1 million) to sign Savinho, as per journalist Cahe Mota.

However, Manchester City have rejected the Lilywhites’ bid but despite their response, Spurs are set to launch yet another bid to sign him.

Tottenham have a plan B in case their Savinho pursuit fails

Manchester City would like to keep Savinho and hope that he kicks on next season, despite his links to Tottenham.

The Sky Blues have an asking price in place as Manchester City value Savinho at £76 million.

In case they miss out on the youngster’s signature, Tottenham are eyeing Nico Paz.

Whether Savinho starts against Wolves on Saturday could indicate whether he is still in their plans.
