Martin Ho has confirmed his technical coaching staff and leadership group for our Women’s First Team.
Lawrence Shamieh, formerly of Manchester United, returned to Spurs last week as First Team Assistant Coach. Another addition to Martin Ho’s technical team was Adam Jeffrey, who joined as a First Team Coach from West Ham United in late September.
Chris Williams, who arrived at Spurs last season from Manchester City, continues his role as Women’s Goalkeeping Coach.
Sara Cullis, who joined the Club from Manchester City in June, 2025, is Head of Analysis, and leads on talent identification and recruitment.
Leading our medical and sport science departments are Hannah Sheridan, Head of Women’s Sport Science, who has been at Spurs since 2017 and moved over from our Men’s team in 2023, and Emily Whatling, Head of Women’s Sport Medicine, who joined in 2023 from the Lionesses.
Martin said: “Today we’re proud to confirm the technical and leadership team that will be driving Tottenham Hotspur Women forward.
“Each staff member brings their own unique qualities, from tactical intelligence and analytical sharpness, to player development, physical performance, medical performance and leadership experiences domestically and internationally. I believe together we form a staffing group that truly complements one another.
“What underpins this is not just expertise, but a shared commitment to pushing standards, supporting our players, and building something special here. This is a group built on trust, respect, and the belief that the best people, working collectively, can create an environment where our players thrive and our team achieves.”
