Xavi as a possible replacement for Frank Thomas.

The Spanish coach has been linked to the London club by the tabloid The Sun following the lack of good results during Frank Thomas’s tenure.

Frank Thomas finds himself in a difficult situation. The Danish coach has had ups and downs and disagreements with the Spurs and the fans. One of these missteps was the impact on social media of a photo taken of him before the match against Bournemouth, which they ended up losing 3–2, in which he can be seen holding a mug with the logo of their rival club, Arsenal. Other incidents include boos and social media discontent, and even calls for the Danish coach’s dismissal by fans, who chanted “sacked in the morning.”

Why Xavi Alonso? What is going on with Frank Thomas?

The rumor of Hernandez's possible arrival at Tottenham is also due to Frank Thomas’s poor recent results, with two draws and three consecutive defeats, the most recent against West Ham, which leaves them in 14th place in the Premier League table.

Xavi Hernández, after winning a league title and a Spanish Super Cup at the helm of Barcelona, is now out of action.

Thomas Frank and his team will play at home, at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, against the Yellow and Blacks. This is a Champions League match, the seventh of the eight games played by each team in this stage of the competition. This could be the opportunity for the Dane to secure a victory and a more stable position, or to continue his streak of poor results.
