Jun’ai Byfield, Callum Olusesi and James Rowswell were all presented with a cased football, each with a silver plaque detailing their achievement, after making their league debuts last term.
Centre-back Jun’ai made his top-flight bow in our 2-2 home draw with Manchester City in February, shortly after impressing in back-to-back UEFA Champions League appearances against Borussia Dortmund and Eintracht Frankfurt.
Central midfielder Callum and defender James both made their Premier League debuts in our memorable 1-1 draw with Liverpool at Anfield in March.
It was a second first team appearance for Callum, following his overall debut against Hoffenheim in the UEFA Europa League in January, 2025.
They became the latest players from our Academy to collect their commemorative debut balls from the Premier League following the launch of the scheme in 2015/16, which aims to celebrate the achievements of homegrown players when they first break into the top flight.
