This week’s Shape Up With Spurs session focuses on the abs!

With gyms and leisure centres across the country closed and social distancing measures in place, we aim to ensure you can stay fit and active from home thanks to our coaches on the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation’s ‘Shape Up With Spurs’ programme.

This week's series of exercises can be done either on a mat or on a chair – no weights required, just movement that will help strengthen your core.
