Both sides will be keen to get back to winning ways in the Premier League when they go head-to-head at Elland Road

Both Leeds United and Tottenham Hotspur will be aiming to return to winning ways in the Premier League when they face off at Elland Road on Saturday afternoon. Leeds appeared on course for consecutive league victories for the first time this season, only to concede a late equaliser deep into stoppage time against Bournemouth in their previous outing, resulting in a 2-2 draw. That result leaves Daniel Farke’s side in 12th place ahead of the weekend’s fixtures. The Whites will now be hoping to secure their first Premier League home win since the opening weekend when they welcome Tottenham.

Meanwhile, Thomas Frank’s team will be looking to end a run of two consecutive draws in the league, following last weekend’s 1-1 stalemate with Wolves. Spurs head into this match after a 2-2 draw away at Bodo/Glimt in the Champions League on Tuesday night.

Leeds United have lost each of their last four league meetings with Tottenham Hotspur, managing just one win in the last 11 Premier League encounters between the two sides. Defensively, Leeds have conceded nine goals in their opening six league matches while In contrast, Tottenham are averaging 1.83 goals scored per game this season and have only been conceding 0.66 goals per match.

Leeds have already suffered two Premier League defeats this season, both against London clubs. Meanwhile, Spurs remain unbeaten away from home, securing two wins from three matches on the road. With Tottenham facing a midweek trip to Norway, there’s a chance they may need to rotate their squad or deal with fatigue, which could make for a closely contested 90 minutes. However, we’re tipping the visitors to edge a 2-1 victory. Spurs have won three of their last four visits to Elland Road and, on paper, look well-placed to claim another win here.

Tottenham takeover update as consortium confirm their stance on buying club

Tottenham takeover update as consortium confirm their stance on buying club - The Mirror
Description

The latest Tottenham news has seen yet another prospective party confirm their stance regarding a takeover at the club just a few weeks on from Daniel Levy's departure

The consortium led by Firehawk Holdings Limited have confirmed they are not bidding to buy Tottenham Hotspur. The Asia-based group of investors have confirmed through the London Stock Exchange that it is "not intending to make an offer" for the club.

Spurs' majority owners ENIC, which is run by the Lewis family trust, last month rejected expressions of interest from a consortium of investors led by Dr Roger Kennedy and Wing-Fai Ng through Firehawk Holdings Limited, in addition to Amanda Staveley's PCP International Finance.

Tottenham have been subject to a great deal of interest since Daniel Levy's exit, though club chiefs insist it is not for sale. At that time, Spurs confirmed that ENIC had "received and unequivocally rejected separate preliminary expressions of interest" to acquire their entire stake in the club.

They also said: "The board of the club and ENIC confirm that Tottenham Hotspur is not for sale and ENIC has no intention to accept any such offer to acquire its interest in the club."

In an interview, Tottenham CEO Vinai Venkatesham then reiterated: "There's been a lot of newspaper articles and a lot of media speculation around a takeover, so I can be really clear on this. So the Lewis family are really clear. They see their involvement in Tottenham Hotspur being long-term and they see their involvement continuing through the generations.

"We made a statement very late last night and a statement I hope was unambiguously clear that Tottenham Hotspur is not for sale."

The most recent show of interest comes from tech entrepreneur Brooklyn Earick, who is heading up a US consortium. ENIC have once again stated that the club is not for sale and all eyes are now on whether the former DJ and his consortium actually make a bid for the north London club.

Earick's own plot appears to have suffered a blow. A reported investor, Cleveland Cavaliers basketball team owner Dan Gilbert, appears to have withdrawn from the process.

Gilbert's sports and entertainment group, Rock Entertainment, told The Telegraph: "Rock Entertainment Group is constantly evaluating opportunities – both domestic and international – that strengthen our position as a leader in sports and entertainment. Recently, this included the review of a major UK-based sports property.

"After careful review, we elected not to pursue this opportunity." The loss of Gilbert will be a huge blow for Earick as he is worth a cool £21billion alone.

While Tottenham have no intention in facilitating a takeover, interest comes during a period of significant change. Levy's departure as Executive Chairman after nearly 25 years sees a significant shift, led by the Lewis family.

The side's succession planning had already seen Vinai Venkatesham hired as Chief Executive Officer, Thomas Frank as the new men’s head coach, and Martin Ho as women’s head coach. Following Levy's exit, Peter Charrington stepped into the newly created role of Non-Executive Chairman.

Charrington said: “This is a new era of leadership for the club, on and off the pitch. I do recognise there has been a lot of change in recent months as we put in place new foundations for the future. We are now fully focused on stability and empowering our talented people across the Club, led by Vinai and his executive team.”

Tottenham news: £25m Chelsea transfer snub revealed as Xavi Simons comes under fire - The Mirror
Description

Thomas Frank's Tottenham will be aiming to move on from lacklustre performances against Wolves and Bodo/Glimt when they take on Leeds United this Saturday

Thomas Frank's Tottenham Hotspur will look to bounce back from some poor results when they face Leeds United in Saturday's early kick-off. New recruit Xavi Simons has been blasted for these recent performances.

Joao Palhinha rescued a point for Spurs when they last were in Premier League action. His perfectly placed strike in added time against Wolves salvaged a 1-1 draw. Spoils were shared once again on Tuesday when Frank's side travelled to Norway in the Champions League.

An inspired Bodo/Glimt took a commanding 2-0 lead, but a finish from Micky van de Ven and an own goal from the opposition's goalkeeper clawed back a point once more. Daniel Farke's Leeds are their next opponents.

Mirror Football brings you all the latest news from the white half of north London, including new signing Simons coming under fire, an ex-Chelsea star's telling admission, and the reason behind Ryan Mason's Spurs exit.

Former Chelsea man Oscar opens up about Spurs snub

Brazilian star Oscar arrived in the Premier League 13 years ago when he signed for Chelsea in a £25million deal from Internacional. He made 200 appearances for the club under various managers, proving to be a valuable midfield asset while winning two league titles and the Europa League.

He turned heads in 2016 when he accepted a move to the Chinese Super League. Oscar penned a lucrative four-year deal with Shanghai Port after transferring for an estimated £60m.

Speaking to former team-mate John Obi Mikel on his The Obi One Podcast, Oscar has now revealed that before he moved to west London he was approached by Spurs. The 34-year-old, who still plays in Brazil for São Paulo, admits Chelsea were the better choice.

"I had Tottenham as well, because André Villas-Boas was there," he said. "Villas-Boas was the first one to call me. I played under Villas-Boas in China, and he always said, 'I talked to you, why didn't you come?' But, you know, Chelsea… I cannot compare. Chelsea is better, so I chose Chelsea. And it was the right choice."

Xavi Simons doubts raised

Dutch international Simons completed an opposite move to Oscar's this summer when he touched down in north London despite being heavily linked with a switch to Stamford Bridge.

Simons cost Spurs £51m and while he is still finding his feet in English football, some have been quick to jump the gun and doubt his abilities. Former Aston Villa striker Gabby Agbonlahor voiced his concerns on talkSPORT after Tottenham's 2-2 draw against Bodo/Glimt.

"Simons, I'm not sure about," Agbonlahor stated. "It's early on, we don't want to judge players after five, six games, but I'm really not sure about him.

"You know, sometimes you see a player and you're like, 'Oh okay, I like him, yeah, yeah, I like what he's about.' But I watch Simons and I'm like, 'Oh, he's on the floor.' He doesn't seem rapidly quick when I watch him as well."

Ryan Mason sheds light on Tottenham exit

Boyhood Tottenham star Mason had been associated with the club from the age of eight before he waved goodbye to become West Bromwich Albion manager this summer. He played for Spurs from 2008 to 2016 and served as interim head coach on two separate occasions while acting as an assistant under multiple managers.

The 34-year-old, who was forced to retire in 2018 after suffering a severe head injury, has now spoken out about leaving the club after their Europa League success in Bilbao.

"In the last 12 months I had the desire [to go out on my own] and it felt like the time was right," Mason told Sky Sports. "I spoke to Ange [Postecoglou] and he advised me it needs to feel right, and when it does, go for it.

"I spoke to some clubs in the last 12 months, but nothing felt right. The way the season ended in Bilbao with Spurs was amazing. When I understood [West Brom] Albion were interested, it felt right. It's a massive club with great history and impressive people. I felt a real alignment and connection straight away."

Tottenham striker Dominic Solanke delivers injury update after surgery

Tottenham striker Dominic Solanke delivers injury update after surgery - The Mirror
Description

Dominic Solanke has managed just three appearances for Tottenham so far this season, following an ankle injury

Dominic Solanke has confirmed he underwent successful ankle surgery following a "frustrating" few months.

The Tottenham forward has managed just three appearances this season whilst attempting to cope with the problem. Solanke is hoping for a quick comeback, with manager Thomas Frank revealing earlier this week that he doesn't anticipate the former Bournemouth star being sidelined for a lengthy spell. Solanke has now suggested it won't be much longer before he returns to action.

"Hi everyone, quick update about my current situation," he shared. "The last few months have been very frustrating as I've tried everything possible to try and push through my ankle issue before taking the option of surgery.

"None of this managed to solve the problem, so we had to go ahead with minor surgery which I underwent this morning. It was all successful so hopefully I'll be back on the pitch in the very near future! Thank you for all your love and messages."

Prior to Spurs' Champions League encounter against Bodo/Glimt, Frank explained Solanke's absence from the squad was down to the operation.

"Dom, you know, got that ankle issue that's been bothering him for a little while," he explained.

"So now we decided to make a minor surgery. It's a small procedure. So that will mean he's not ready for today, of course.

"And of course, Leeds he's out as well. We will have more news about time frame after the international break. But I don't expect it to be long."

Solanke has been sidelined since August, clocking up just 49 minutes in games against Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City and Burnley. Both the player and the club had initially tried to sidestep surgery, with Frank admitting it's frustrating they didn't realise sooner that it was the necessary course of action.

Frank reflected on the situation, saying, "I think you can look from two ways - that's the easy answer, but it's not that easy. If we knew we could have done the surgery a month ago, we probably would have done it.

"So for me, I'm always like I imagine, 'oh, it is what it is, we deal from now'. No doubt that the way we dealt with this was because we thought that was the right way because I think in general, no one wants a surgery, no matter how small it is."

Tottenham are grappling with a spate of injuries. Coach Frank is currently without James Maddison, Dejan Kulusevski, Radu Dragusin, Kota Takai, Randal Kolo Muani, and Yves Bissouma due to various ailments.

Cristian Romero was also absent from Tottenham's recent Champions League match. Frank hinted that the Argentine defender was omitted as a precautionary measure.

Romero did not join the squad for their European fixture in Norway, and Spurs fans will be eager to see if he'll be fit to take on Leeds in their upcoming match.

Is Bodo/Glimt vs Tottenham on TV? Live stream and kick-off info for Champions League clash

Tottenham return to the Champions League after a stalemate with Wolves in the Premier League, as they travel to Norway in search of more European success

Tottenham return to European business on Tuesday as they take on Bodo/Glimt in the Champions League. Spurs snatched a point against Wolves at the weekend, with Joao Palhinha scoring in the 94th minute to ensure Thomas Frank didn't endure back-to-back home defeats.

The 1-1 draw dropped Tottenham a place to fourth in the Premier League table, as they now turn their attentions back to European football's top-tier competition. Spurs are currently 14th in the league phase after a narrow 1-0 win over Villarreal on matchday one of the Champions League, a result earned by an own goal early on in the contest.

Bodo/Glimt started the 2025/26 league phase with a 2-2 draw against Slavia Prague, and will be looking to use home advantage to the fullest extent as the current Europa League champions come calling.

Here, Mirror Football has all the details on how you can tune into the game, and who may not be in the line-ups for each team.

What time does Bodo/Glimt vs Tottenham kick off?

The Champions League matchday two game will get underway at 8pm BST (9pm local), and will be played at Aspmyra Stadion in Norway.

Where can I watch Bodo/Glimt vs Tottenham?

The match will be available to watch on TNT Sports 2 for UK viewers. TNT Sports customers will also be able to tune into the game on the Discovery+ website, or on the mobile app.

Highlights will be made available on TNT Sport's YouTube channel following the match.

Bodo/Glimt vs Tottenham team news

Bodo/Glimt are struggling where injuries are concerned, with three players likely out of contention for the Norwegian side. Ola Brynhildsen (knee), Ole Didrik Blomberg (hamstring) and Isak Maatta (shoulder) are all sidelined, with boss Kjetil Knutsen potentially also without goalkeeper Ulrik Saltnes through illness.

Meanwhile, Dejan Kulusevski (knee), Yves Bissouma (ineligible), Kota Takai (ineligible), Radu Dragusin (knee) and Dominic Solanke (ankle) will all remain unavailable for Frank - although he is hoping to have Solanke back in some capacity sooner rather than later.

Speaking on the Englishman, the Spurs boss said: "His ankle injury has been a little tricky - it's nothing big. We're relatively positive he will be back quickly. It's not perfect, but we're going forward in the right direction. He wasn't [training] on the grass today, but he has been during the week."

Ben Davies and Kolo Randal Muani are also doubts. Frank said: "Kolo Muani's dead leg is dragging on, he'll be a few more days, and he's not available."

EXCLUSIVE: Tottenham opponents Bodo/Glimt fired kit manager as grim struggles revealed

Bodo/Glimt have been on a long journey to reach the league phase of the Champions League for the first time and now face a familiar opponent in the form of Tottenham Hotspur

In some ways, Bodo/Glimt's run to the league phase of the Champions League might feel like a miracle, but in others it's the most natural thing in the world. The team from just north of the Arctic Circle is the first from Norway to reach the Champions League proper for the best part of two decades, but it's something they've been building towards for some time.

Back in 2021/22, they beat Jose Mourinho's Roma 6-1 in a group stage game in the Conference League, eventually reaching the quarter-finals of the competition and last season they beat big-hitters Olympiacos and Lazio en route to the Europa League semis, losing to Tottenham. Tonight, their home of Aspmyra Stadion - the smallest in this season's Champions League with a capacity of just over 8,000 - welcomes Spurs once again.

Barely a decade ago, though, things looked very different. Håvard Sakariassen, the club's former player and current sporting director, joined the backroom staff upon retiring in 2011 and faced a very different reality to the one we see today.

"It was a completely different club than today because we were almost bankrupt, we didn't have a kit manager," Sakariassen tells Mirror Football. "We had to fire the kit manager because we couldn't afford him... so we actually washed our training gear at home and we came ready to to go to practice.

"Then you have to do everything, you know, you have to be the kit manager, you have to arrange the trips, you have to be a part of everything, including what I do now. So I think the knowledge of the holistic part of the football club is somehow good to have. Then you have respect for the the roles of everyone. and you see that everyone, everything has to come together.

"We have a quarter-final in Conference League, we have a semi-final and Europa League. So it is weird because when we qualified for Champions League, I can say that I felt like, 'okay, yeah [this makes sense]'. Because it was weird, but it kind of felt well-deserved too.

"It's weird because I know the story of the club and I know where we were 10 years ago. But also we've done a good job in the last years. So we kind of felt also that we deserve this opportunity."

Bodo/Glimt's remoteness might look like a challenge for some - Bodo is nearly 2,000 miles from London and more than 500 miles from the Norwegian capital of Oslo - but those at the club see it as an opportunity. If nothing else, it means the players they can bring on board will join for the right reasons, and a lot of work takes place behind the scenes to ensure everyone is a cultural fit as well as a tactical one.

In a world of multi-club models and cross-border partnerships, Sakariassen values another secret weapon - the concept of Vårres Måte, which essentially translates as 'our way'. "I f we try to copy something, we're just gonna be a bad copy of something," he says. " If we... should have any chance to become something unique and to get the potential out of the club, we have to do it our way."

It has helped, over the years, for Bodo/Glimt to be able to point to significant success stories. A prime example is that of Albert Gronbaek, who had been sitting on Aarhus' bench when he moved to Norway in 2022 and left two-and-a-half years later as a full international and - ultimately - Bodo/Glimt's record sale.

Suddenly the calibre of player who might previously have had second thoughts about such a remote move were beginning to welcome it. The club have also recruited smartly from within Norway, and one of those players - defender Jostein Gundersen - is under no illusions about the things which have helped the team thrive.

" We have a unique culture here, everyone goes in the same direction. Everyone wants to take the next step," Gundersen says. "We are living far north in Europe, but we have a unique togetherness and culture that makes it a special place to play football in."

Gundersen, 29, played every minute of the knockout stages in last season's Europa League and started the first league phase game in this season's Champions League. Bodo/Glimt trailed 2-0 away at Slavia Prague with just 15 minutes to go but didn't give up, snatching a draw in the final minute through substitute Sondre Brunstad Fet.

He describes Spurs as the best side he faced last season, but feels the Norwegians can cause problems for anyone who heads to Bodo this season. That includes the Europa League holders, but also Monaco, Juventus and 2023 Champions League winners Manchester City.

"I think it might be a challenge to come here for a lot of teams," Gundersen adds "It’s probably not the sexiest stadium for the world class players that are coming here.

"For our sake we just want to improve every single day, and that has now taken us to the Champions League. We are here to perform, and we feel like we deserve to be here. You can tell by walking in the city that the whole city and region is proud to be here, and that makes us proud."

When sporting director Sakariassen reflects on the days leading up to Spurs' visit, he notes - with a smile - that autumn is coming. He's someone who enjoys the distinct seasons you get in Bodo, and that's no less than you'd expect from someone who grew up 100 metres from the stadium and lives even closer now, but he also enjoys the different pace of life compared to some of European football's bigger cities.

"For me i t's much better to live in Bodo and travel to London for a weekend," he says. "Because if you like to you have the city and you have all the good life, but you also have insane nature around you. The freedom you feel here.

"T he nature around here is amazing. The life here is really easy because you can move from A to B, you don't spend any time in the traffic of your life in Bodo,. and that has value. If you start for two hours every day in traffic, then you waste a lot of your life."

It's perhaps this simpler approach which informs Bodo/Glimt's outlook for their European campaigns. There's been a buzz around the town thanks to the Champions League, perhaps a little more than before, but up there Vårres Måte means taking things as they come rather than dreaming big and having to reset.

"When we kind of started this journey five years ago, there was, we didn't have a plan of coming here," Sakariassen says. "[In football] you can make all these great plans and it takes two two months or one year and you can toss it in the bin.

"So it's a fact of football, I think, and it's probably a fact of life that the best way of working is actually doing it day by day and grab all the momentums that you can have along the way and just try to improve everything all the time. And suddenly you know, tomorrow, maybe there's the door open I was not open today, and then if it's smart to go in that door, you go in."

Description

Dominic Solanke has not featured for Tottenham since the defeat to Ludogorets in the UEFA Conference League in August, with the England international still dealing with an ankle injury

Tottenham Hotspur boss Thomas Frank has confirmed that Dominic Solanke has suffered a fresh injury blow that has forced the striker to undergo surgery. Solanke hasn't made an appearance for Spurs since before the September international break, despite returning to training at Hotspur Way.

In updates following his absence from the squad to face his former club Bournemouth several weeks ago, Frank had revealed he was getting closer to a return. However, the Tottenham manager recently disclosed that Solanke was still experiencing some discomfort in the area.

Solanke was not part of the Tottenham squad that was held to a 1-1 draw with Wolves in the Premier League at the weekend. Spurs will now prepare to face Bodo/Glimt in the Champions League this week, but will, once again, not have Solanke available for selection.

Frank has confirmed that Solanke has undergone surgery on an ankle injury, but it's unclear how long the striker will be on the sidelines.

"Dom we know got that ankle issue that's been bothering him for a little while. Decided to have minor surgery. Small procedure. More news about time frame after the international break," Frank told reporters via football.london on Monday.

Alongside Solanke's absence from the final training session before the Champions League clash against Bodo/Glimt, Randal Kolo Muani and Cristian Romero were also absent. Frank has nevertheless confirmed that both players should be available for selection.

"[Randal] Kolo Muani I think finally on top of his dead leg. Cuti [Romero] was just precaution [missing training]," said Frank.

Tottenham will also be without James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski, who both remain unavailable with lengthy injuries. However, there's been encouraging news with Radu Dragusin returning to training after being on the sidelines for several months with an ACL injury.

Ben Davies, Kota Takai and Yves Bissouma are also nursing minor injuries after sitting out last week's Carabao Cup win over Doncaster Rovers and the draw at home to Wolves. Pape Matar Sarr was absent for the third-round fixture with a slight problem but came off the bench against Wolves and provided the assist for Joao Palhinha's dramatic late leveller.

Pedro Porro was left out of the starting line-up for that match as he was rested and could start in Norway for Tottenham on Tuesday evening.

Tottenham Hotspur will face Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup fourth round and the fixture confirmation has led to a busy schedule ahead

Tottenham Hotspur have been given a potential fixture nightmare after confirmation of their Carabao Cup fourth-round tie. Spurs booked their place in the round of 16 of the competition after they claimed a victory over Doncaster Rovers in the third round last week.

Thomas Frank has enjoyed an impressive start to life as Tottenham manager, with the club fourth in the Premier League table after six matches. Saturday night saw Spurs held to a 1-1 draw at home to Wolves as they missed the chance to close the gap on leaders Liverpool.

Tottenham are still in all four competitions this season and will have ambitions of winning another major trophy. However, part of that success has created a busy fixture list on the horizon for Frank and Co.

Monday morning saw confirmation that Tottenham's Carabao Cup fourth-round tie against Newcastle United will take place on Wednesday, October 29 at St James' Park.

This fixture falls in between Premier League matches against Everton (October 26) and Chelsea (November 1) and will see Spurs have three games across seven days.

Tottenham will then have a Champions League clash against FC Copenhagen on November 4, before hosting Manchester United in the Premier League on November 8. This run of fixtures means that Spurs will now have five matches across 14 days leading up to the November international break.

The draw with Wolves leaves Tottenham four points behind leaders Liverpool in the Premier League table. Frank admitted there was an opportunity to capitalise on Liverpool's defeat to Crystal Palace, before reflecting on his team's performance.

"Yeah, I think if you look before the game [vs Wolves], you would say that there was a good chance for us to win," Frank told reporters on Saturday.

"But I think it's also, that's why I also said it before the game, we haven't beaten Wolves the last five times, no, six times in a row.

"And also a team that have lost the first five, there's a time where they will get something. And also I said before the game, they had played very, very even games.

"So it's never easy. That said, I hoped and believed if we hit a top performance, we would win. We didn't hit a top performance.

"I think we hit an average performance. But you do that sometimes. So yeah, we got a point on a day when not everything worked and then we move forward."

Carabao Cup fourth round fixture dates:

Tuesday, October 28

Grimsby Town vs Brentford - 7:45pm - Sky Sports + Wycombe Wanderers vs Fulham - 7:45pm - Sky Sports + Wrexham vs Cardiff - 8pm - Sky Sports/ITV

Wednesday, October 29

Arsenal star was booed by his own team-mates in training after signing from Tottenham

Sol Campbell made the controversial move from one side of London to the other - and his new teammates made sure he knew all about it

Arsenal travel to Newcastle on Sunday afternoon and there are a plethora of stars who have played for both clubs. But there are probably none more controversial than Sol Campbell, who was booed by his Arsenal teammates after signing from their bitter rivals.

Campbell's move from Tottenham to north London was heavily criticised. The defender made 314 appearances for Spurs from 1992 to 2001, scoring 15 goals and assisting 12 times.

He headed to Arsenal in one of the Premier League's most talked-about free transfers, which earned him the nickname 'Judas' from the Tottenham fans.

Former Gunners boss Arsene Wenger had to be mindful of the defender's "stressful" situation after he signed. Remembering the boos while speaking to 11 Freunde years ago, the Frenchman said: "They did that, and they also made jokes about it.

"But the situation was really stressful for Sol and he told me afterwards how severe it became. He couldn't go to certain places for dinner or walk freely in London because of the anger of the Tottenham fans.

"In hindsight, I'm not sure if I would sign him again bearing in mind the difficulties he faced."

Campbell's move from Spurs to Arsenal remained a huge secret until it was announced. Wenger had the media convinced that they were attending a press conference for the unveiling of ex-Ipswich Town goalkeeper Richard Wright.

Reflecting on the secrecy of the transfer, he said: "This transfer remained secret amongst the four of us: him, his agent, David [Dein] and me. That cannot happen anymore in modern football because there are so many people involved in a transfer.

"We walked around the house in the countryside at night. I knew that it would cause heated debates in London, but I was truly convinced by the player.

"I thought he was capable of facing the adversity. For me, it was easy because everybody was conscious that I had signed a great player. But for him, it was more complicated."

Campbell went on to become a huge success with the Gunners, winning two Premier League titles, three FA Cups and one Community Shield.

Stints at Portsmouth, Notts County and a second shift at Arsenal came in his later years, before the centre-half ended his career at Newcastle. As Mikel Arteta's men take on the Magpies at St James' Park, it is likely that Campbell would choose the away end in this tense Premier League fixture.

Description

Tottenham Hotspur will take on Wolves on Saturday night with Thomas Frank looking to continue his side's strong start to the season. Spurs will perhaps see the tie as something of a home banker as they face a team at the foot of the Premier League table with zero points.

Aside from their 1-0 home defeat by Bournemouth, Spurs have three wins under their belt this season as Frank's ideas begin to take shape since taking over in the summer. The Lilywhites have beaten Burnley, Manchester City and West Ham without conceding a goal.

However, they had to fight their way back from 2-0 down to earn a point away at Brighton last weekend. Spurs then returned to winning ways in midweek, beating Doncaster Rovers in the third round of the Carabao Cup.

While Wolves have lost all five of their league games so far this season, Vitor Pereira's side are also into the fourth round of the Carabao Cup following a shock win over Everton midweek.

They will now be looking to keep up that momentum for the visit to north London. Here, Mirror Football takes a look at all you need to know for Spurs vs Wolves, from the unusual kick-off time to team news.

When is Tottenham Hotspur vs Wolves?

Tottenham vs Wolves is set for 8pm on Saturday, September 27, 2025. The game will take place at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

How can you watch Tottenham Hotspur vs Wolves?

The Premier League clash will be televised live on Sky Sports. Coverage begins at 7.45pm, shortly after the game between Nottingham Forest vs Sunderland.

Sky subscribers can also watch on the Sky Go app. Those in the UK unable to watch live can also listen to the game on BBC Radio 5 Live.
