Player update | Rosella Ayane - Tottenham Hotspur
Description

We can confirm the departure of Rosella Ayane following the conclusion of her contract with the Club.

Signed from Bristol City in July, 2019, Rosella was part of our squad to compete in the Barclays Women’s Super League for the first time in our history for the 2019/20 season.

One of our longest serving players, the 29-year-old reached 100 appearances for the Club in March, 2024, and last month, in the fixture against Aston Villa, the Morocco international became the latest player to achieve a century of WSL appearances.

During her time in Lilywhite, she completed 109 games, scoring 12 goals in total across all competitions.

We thank Rosella for her service to the Club and wish her all the best for the future.

Internationals | Raso and Grant combine for Matildas - Tottenham Hotspur
Description

Hayley Raso was on target for Australia in a 3-0 friendly win over Slovenia in Perth on Thursday.

The forward stepped off the bench a quarter-of-an-hour from time and made her mark with a fine strike to round off the scoring in the 87th minute.

Collecting a header from fellow substitute Charli Grant, who had only been on the pitch for a matter of seconds, Hayley roamed forward and clipped a superb left-footed shot into the bottom corner from distance.

Clare Hunt – the third Spur in the Matildas squad – played the full 90 minutes at the back.

Elsewhere, Luana Buhler played the second half for Switzerland in a 4-1 home win over Czechia in preparation for the upcoming European Championship.

Eveliina Summanen was also in pre-Euros action, completing a full shift in midfield for Finland as they lost 2-1 away to the Netherlands. Olga Ahtinen was an unused substitute for the visitors, while Lize Kop was on the bench for the home side.

Amanda Nilden and Matilda Vinberg, meanwhile, were unused substitutes for Sweden in their 2-0 victory in Norway.

Dark Side: Our history with the black Away and Third Kit

Dark Side: Our history with the black Away and Third Kit - Tottenham Hotspur
Description

In bold contrast to our iconic Lilywhite home shirt, the launch of our all-black 2025/26 Nike Away Kit signalled a highly-anticipated return to the darker side which has been a popular alternative for Spurs supporters over the years.

On Thursday morning, 26 June, we revealed our brand new away strip for the upcoming campaign - a dramatic, black look forming a razor-sharp silhouette fit, engineered for speed and built for stealth. Unveiled with the tagline “In Darkness We Dare”, a twist on our renowned motto, the bold look also marks our return to UEFA Champions League away nights for the forthcoming season.

Black was first used on a Spurs shirt in the nineteenth-century, a white-and-black-striped change shirt to avoid a kit clash in 1899, but was largely shelved on a playing shirt until it's revival in the 2008/09 season to devastating effect.

Since then, black kits have proven ever-popular amongst our fanbase and this latest design is no different, so let's delve a little deeper into our sartorial history to uncover a fascinating and stylish flirtation with our dark side (excluding goalkeeper kits).

The first triple black change kit of its kind and a thing of beauty. This shirt was a Puma King-inspired shirt which combined black with gold trim, a v-neck collar and twin Puma King stripes on the right shoulder.

It was worn five times, including one European outing against Wisla Krakow in the 2008 UEFA Cup, and was quickly sold out as the love affair with black kits began.

This third strip featured a gold diagonal Puma King motif, white diagonal line on the right shoulder, gold detail on the shorts and white and gold hoops on the socks.

With a title sponsor combination of Aurasma in the Premier League and Investec in the cups, this kit debuted in a pre-season friendly at Brighton & Hove Albion in July, 2011 before its first competitive outing came in a 2-1 away league win against Blackburn Rovers in October.

Admittedly, it's not all black, but it still counts as another staple darker option in the collection. As our six-year partnership with Puma ended at the end of the 2011/12 campaign, Under Armour came in as our new kit supplier as we became the American company's first football club.

In an eye-catching black and grey halves combination with a yellow trim, the ambitious design with its crew-neck collar was worn seven times in the league and once in the cup.

Did you know? On the long-sleeved version, the crest is visibly lower than on the short-sleeved edition. This was in response to a request from Gareth Bale (pictured) and, with it, players started to favour wearing the longer sleeves.

In a smart tribute to the late, great Bill Nicholson, this black away kit featured a distinctive yellow pattern as a nod to the shade of yellow that was introduced as an alternative kit colour during Nicholson's tenure in 1958 and its 11 stripes represent our former manager's trophy haul.

First worn against Chicago Fire on pre-season tour in the United States in 2014, the shirt was then worn away to Manchester City, Swansea City and Queens Park Rangers.

The best-selling away shirt for a reason! On the theme of the article, it's not as tenuous as it might look at first glance as this away jersey is predominantly black with the iconic psychedelic, cosmic pattern on top - simply out of this world!

To comply with Premier League and UEFA regulations, the neon yellow names and numbers were printed on a plain black panel on the back of the match shirt and was complemented by black shorts and socks.

Description

The draw for the group stage of the 2025/26 Vertu (EFL) Trophy has been made, with our Under-21s placed into Southern Group B along with Bristol Rovers, Cheltenham Town and Plymouth Argyle.

The 16 invited Under-21 teams from Premier League clubs were placed into previously-determined groups of EFL sides during today’s draw.

We visited Bristol Rovers in this competition last season, running out 6-5 winners on penalties after a thrilling 3-3 draw in which Will Lankshear, Mikey Moore and Damola Ajayi scored memorable goals.

We will face each of the three opponents in our group away from home, with dates to be confirmed in due course. Tickets for each match will be available via the host clubs.

The competition, which gives young players a chance to test themselves competitively against senior EFL sides, is initially split into northern and southern sections, each with eight groups. The top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout stages.

Internationals | Gray helps England Under-21s reach final, France duo out - Tottenham Hotspur
Description

Archie Gray was deployed as a late substitute as England Under-21s reached the European Under-21 Championship final with a 2-1 win over the Netherlands on Wednesday evening.

The versatile star came on for two-goal Harvey Elliott at the beginning of stoppage time to help the Young Lions see out the crucial closing stages in Bratislava.

It was Archie’s third appearance of the tournament after the 19-year-old started his side’s first two games against Czechia and Slovenia.

The result means England are now one match away from retaining the title they won two years ago.

To do that, they must beat 2021 winners Germany, whose 3-0 victory over France in the other semi-final in Kosice on Wednesday means that the tournament is unfortunately over for Mathys Tel and Wilson Odobert.

Both of our front men started for France and Mathys went close to scoring on two occasions, but ultimately the Germans proved too strong. Mathys played the full game while Wilson was substituted on 64 minutes.

The final – a rematch of England’s third game in the group stage, which Germany won 2-1 – takes place on Saturday evening in Bratislava (8pm UK).

Match tickets – 2025/26 season on-sale dates - Tottenham Hotspur
Description

Following last week’s release of our provisional 2025/26 Premier League fixture schedule, we can now confirm ticketing details and on-sale dates for the forthcoming season.

Match tickets will continue to be sold across seven dedicated on-sale windows throughout the season, as has been the case in recent years. Each sales window will consist of two or three fixtures, with One Hotspur Members continuing to receive priority access to match tickets.

The first sales window of the season will cover our opening three home games – against Burnley, AFC Bournemouth and Wolverhampton Wanderers respectively – and will open on Monday 21 July for One Hotspur+ Members and Tuesday 22 July for One Hotspur Members.

Full details on each on-sale window, as well as information about priority access for Members and match ticket pricing/categorisation, can be found below.

On-Sale Dates

The full schedule of on-sale dates for our 2025/26 Premier League fixtures can be found below*. In keeping with previous seasons, no ticket sales windows are planned over the Christmas period.

*All fixture dates remain subject to change. Where a fixture is moved following broadcast selections taking place, Members who bought during the initial sale will have a 48-hour window to list their tickets on the Ticket Exchange should they be unable to attend – and provided the fixture has sold out.

Ticketing Priority for Members

In line with previous seasons, One Hotspur + Members will receive a 24-hour priority window to purchase tickets when they go on sale on Mondays, while sales will open to One Hotspur Members on Tuesdays. Sales will begin at 10am for general admission tickets and 2pm for supporters registered on the Club’s Access Scheme.

The Ticket Exchange platform will open for sales once all tickets available from the Club have sold out – meaning that Members who were unsuccessful in the initial on-sale windows will have further opportunities to purchase.

Additionally, from this season onwards, a One Hotspur membership will be required to have match tickets shared with you via Ticket Share. This prevents large numbers of tickets being shared with non-Members, helping to ensure continued ticketing priority for all Members.

Pricing and Categorisation

Matches will continue to be priced according to their category, with full details as follows:

• Category A – Price Chart

• Category B – Price Chart

• Category C – Price Chart

We shall continue to offer concession pricing for Juniors, Young Adults and Seniors in eligible areas. As previously announced, from 2025/26 the qualifying age for Senior concessions will come into line with the State Pension Age of 66, while the level of discount will be adjusted to 25 per cent, mirroring the discount rate for Young Adults.

Ticketing information for cup fixtures will be confirmed on a match-by-match basis, with prices reflecting our commitment to encouraging new generations of fans to support the team at the stadium.

Ticket Touting and Misuse

The touting of match tickets is a criminal offence which prevents genuine supporters from accessing tickets and increases the risk of away fans in home areas.

Last season, following reports submitted on matchdays by victims of ticket touting, the Club issued hundreds of bans to individuals whose accounts had been used to mis-sell tickets. We will continue to operate a zero-tolerance approach to this practice and will take the strongest possible action against anyone found to have sold tickets on unofficially, in accordance with our Sanctions and Banning policy.

We shall also continue our efforts to clamp down on ticket touting through targeted purchasing from unofficial sellers, the continued development of our technology and working with the relevant authorities to push for wider campaigns against black market ticket sales.

To guarantee the validity of your match tickets, and to ensure you pay face value, we strongly encourage supporters to purchase only from official Club platforms and to avoid any unofficial websites or social media platforms. A non-exhaustive list of unauthorised sellers, and details on how to report ticket touting, can be found on Ask Spurs.

We shall also continue to take measures to limit the misuse of concession seating we have previously seen. This includes monitoring the utilisation of seats throughout the 2025/26 season, the cancellation of match tickets where appropriate and the withdrawal of concession rights for individuals misusing these tickets.

One Hotspur Membership

With match tickets in extremely high demand, our Premier League fixtures are unlikely to reach guest or general sale. To enjoy priority access to tickets, along with a wide range of further benefits, become a One Hotspur Member today.

Can you name our 46 Europa League goalscorers? - Tottenham Hotspur
Description

It's quiz time! 46 different players have scored for us in the UEFA Europa League, but can you name all of them?

Since the rebranding of the tournament in 2009, which saw it change from the UEFA Cup to the Europa League, 46 different players have found the back of the net for us in the continental competition. How many can you name?

Well that is the challenge we're proposing to you!

For a head start, why not watch our new documentary, 'Winners', out now exclusively on SPURSPLAY featuring all the vital goalscorers and exclusive footage throughout our Europa League triumph in 2024/25.

To take on the challenge, click the green 'Play Quiz' button below to get started before inputting your answers in the box titled 'enter player'.

You will have 20 minutes to name as many of the 46 players as you can. To help, the nation they represent at international level is listed to the side of their relevant answer box.

Helpful tip: If the player you are guessing has a multiple word surname, such as 'Giovani dos Santos', just type in the final word, ie. Santos, to score the point. For players with double-barrelled surnames, such as 'Cameron Carter-Vickers', you need to write the full surname, ie. Carter-Vickers.

Best of luck!
