Tottenham Hotspur will clash heads with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge this Saturday as they look to secure a good result in the London derby. Spurs managed to earn an impressive 3-1 win over Coventry City recently, so they would be full of confidence going into this game.
Roberto De Zerbi will set his men up in a 4-2-3-1 formation and is expected to make some changes to his starting XI for this clash. Pedro Porro and Mateus Fernandes could play from the start of this game.
Defence
Antonin Kinsky will feature in between the sticks for Spurs after conceding one goal in his last outing. Micky van de Ven will resume his partnership with Jan Paul van Hecke at the heart of the Tottenham backline as they look to keep things solid on the defensive end of the field.
Pedro Porro will try to prove his value as the right-back if he can recover in time for this game. Andy Robertson could get a chance to shine on the other side as the left-back. Both of them will have to pick and choose their moments to join in on the attack.
Ben Davies and Marcos Senesi will offer cover for the defensive positions on the bench.
Midfield
Mateus Fernandes and Sandro Tonali will anchor the midfield for Tottenham as they look to win the 50-50 battles at the centre of the park and orchestrate some decent chances in the final third.
The talented trio of Omar Marmoush, who is a slight concern going into this game, James Maddison and Mohammed Kudus will operate just ahead of them as part of the Tottenham attack. All three of them need to combine well if they are to cause some headaches for the Chelsea defenders this weekend.
Conor Gallagher and Dejan Kulusevski will be available for selection on the bench as they wait for their chance to influence the game in the second 45 minutes if required.
Attack
Dominic Solanke will spearhead Tottenham‘s attack up top. He would be eager to make a difference for Spurs by getting his name on the scoresheet this weekend.
Mathys Tel will be named on the bench and might come on to make an impact in the final quarter of the game if needed.
