Tottenham Hotspur could grant incoming boss Thomas Frank another wish in the transfer market when it comes to raiding his former club Brentford - with young midfielder Yehor Yarmolyuk thought to be in their sights ahead of the summer months.

Brentford boss Frank is expected to make his way across the capital in the coming weeks, and with Champions League football to contend with, a huge budget is set to be handed to the Danish tactician. Star man Bryan Mbeumo and ever-present defender Nathan Collins have already been tipped to make the move with their gaffer, and Yarmolyuk could make it a hat-trick of players to move from west London to the north of the city.

Report: Tottenham 'Keeping Tabs' on Yarmolyuk This Summer

The Brentford star has started to cement his way into the Premier League

The report by CaughtOffside says that Tottenham are 'keeping tabs' on Yarmolyuk's situation, with Brentford having set a price tag of around €30million (£25.5million) for his services.

The 21-year-old midfielder joined Brentford for just over £1million back in 2022, initially spending the first year with their 'B' team, before embarking on a spell under Frank over the past two seasons.

However, despite Tottenham's interest, Brentford are aiming to keep him in and around the squad rather than prioritising a sale, and with a contract running until 2031 that could mark a stumbling block for Danish boss Frank once his move to Tottenham is confirmed.

Other Premier League clubs such as Burnley and Everton are thought to be closely tracking the midfielder, but have yet to make a formal approach - and his versatility has caught the attention of Frank.

GIVEMESPORT Key Statistic: Yehor Yarmolyuk has two caps for Ukraine.

Tottenham need depth in central midfield, and with current stars Yves Bissouma and Rodrigo Bentancur both being inconsistent this season, Frank knows what he can get out of the former Dnipro star. That could propel Tottenham back to their former level, having only finished 17th in the Premier League this season, a record low for the club since the competition's inauguration in 1992.
