Emi Buendia scored a late winner for Aston Villa against Tottenham Hotspur down in London on Sunday afternoon. The Midlands outfit won 2-1 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to keep their recent upturn in form going. Unai Emery’s side fell 1-0 down early on after Rodrigo Bentancur’s opener.

They levelled things up before half-time through attacker Morgan Rogers. The visitors then brought on Buendia to mix things up going forward. The ex-Norwich City man, who spent time away at Bayer Leverkusen last season, then managed to find the net to earn his team an impressive three points.
